Kagawong Hilltop Retreat

Our apartment is located inside a Triplex which was once a Two room School built in 1963. The school was an addition to the one room School House that was built in 1903! We purchased the building in 2016 and lovingly restored the entire building. We now operate a Drive Thru restaurant in the Stone School House, which was once a Cafe before the Pandemic restrictions. We are now happy to share our units with travellers who come and enjoy our beautiful Island!
Located on top of the Hill in Kagawong, your stay here will place you within walking distance or a very short drive to all that Kagawong has to offer! The Famous Bridal Veil Falls is very close by, and if you go early in the morning or evening you can practically have it all to yourself! The trail from the falls leads to the quaint little village of Kagawong with a beach, playground, and seasonal shops! After a day of exploring all that Kagawong has to offer, you can head back to your own spacious apartment and relax!

*******Please not that although VRBO thinks we are on a lake, we are NOT on a lake. We are located in a triplex, adjacent to fields and an auto shop. A short drive or walk to the village of Kagawong will take you to Lake Huron or Bridal Veil Falls.
*As our unit is in an apartment complex, you will hear footsteps from the above unit, and there is noise that comes from the Auto Shop (open 8-5 Mon to Fri)located behind our building.
