16.Weather Conditions: No refunds will be issued for storms or bad weather conditions.
17.Property Damage: Upon arrival, any perceived damage to the property must be reported within four hours using both photographic and written evidence through the reservation booking app. Kitchen Cleanliness: All guests are required to clean the kitchen and any kitchen utensils after use.
18.Trash Removal: Guests must remove trash from the kitchen bins and dispose of it in the outside bins of the property.
19.Personal Space Cleanliness: Guests should keep their personal spaces clean. If you use extra towels, please wash them and return them to their original place before leaving.
20.Repairs: Do not attempt to repair anything in the unit. Always contact maintenance for any issues.
21. ID Verification: The guest must provide ID verification for all guests on site if requested by the host.

We enjoyed our stay with the home being spacious, cleanly updated, multiple large bedrooms, and very nicely detailed 3 full baths. I had very quick response when needed. The only thing is that it is a drive to the lake no walking path lake access. But the location is def central and accessible for what we needed to be near the wedding venue.

I rented this beautiful home for 5 ice skaters and 2 other moms. The home worked perfectly for us. The management team responded almost immediatly and brought us what was missing. The previous renters were not good, so there were few things missing and also they unfortunately broke the hot tub. Maintenance had to wait for a part and they had it fixed after a couple of days. We do plan to stay there again next summer for the girls skating camp. Highly recommended!

This home was perfect for our large family of 7 adults and 5 kids to gather at for a weekend. Each of the bedrooms had plenty of room to add air mattresses to accommodate the kids and luggage. Having two larger common areas was great for spreading out or being together. The kids LOVED bag toss, giant connect-4, and the pac-man arcade game provided. The host was responsive and the property was clean and cozy. If you're planning on cooking at the house, the images give a good idea of the basic kitchen supplies, but Market Basket is within 10 minutes away for any extra kitchen needed items.
The backyard doesn't have a picture on the listing, but it was spacious enough for some backyard games. There's a cement patio with an outside table and chairs, grill, and hot tub.
Given the price point and the general expense of the area, we were really pleased with this property and would stay again.

This home is seriously just updated - it's all brand new, so clean, comfortable and convenient. It was well stocked - heads up it has a Kureg so bring K-cups. The only thing was the check out - I didn't really have any instructions except to take out the trash and clean what we used in the kitchen. So we just put the towels in the showers and didn't strip the beds. But it was a really nice place, modern and perfect for us - tons of room.

Beautifully clean, well-equipped and spacious. Comfy recliners, spotless bathrooms, lots of outlets and TVs, new appliances. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. We even grilled one night on the fantastic and gigantic new gas grill! Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Perfect for our family, as we escaped from construction on our own house. Thanks to the property managers for being incredibly responsive as well. A great find!
