"We found 2 roaches in our room. 1 alive and 1 dead. Our toilet stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to move rooms. Not the property’s fault but someone kept slamming a door at 2 in the morning over and over. Was not restful at all. "

"Very pleasantly surprised how clean this was for the price. LOVED the TV set up area as it had open shelving for all our snacks and drinks."

"The room was clean, and the linens and toiletries provided were of good quality. The hallway was a bit dated and stained. I didn't try the breakfast (it wasn't complementary), but the other time I did try it, it wasn't very good because they were out of so many things during a holiday season."

"Definitely not IHG standards. The ice machine is broken on the 2nd floor, there are no vending machines, there was a dirty rag in our shower, Shampoo instead of hand soap by the sink, and a broken tv remote. This felt like a cheap motel stay."

"The gentleman that checked me in was friendly, the few staff that answered the phone the following days weren’t very helpful. I had left my name/number for a callback and never received one. The pictures of the hotel online do not show the actual condition; I ended up in a different hotel for the night due to the lack of cleanliness and just overall condition of the place."

"Room was nice and clean. Staff were amazing and kind. They did switch me rooms, the TV was not working. The lady at the front desk had no problem helping me and was very nice. Breakfast was good, parking was great."

"When I checked in the power was out to half the hotel. Elevator was not in operation lights were completely off in the corridors, a major safety hazard. Luckily when I arrive at my room it had power. My parents that were elderly struggled with the stairs and had no air conditioning for the evening. Manager was not onsite and was told by staff they wouldn’t be available till Monday. A bad situation not managed at all and very disappointing experience."
