"We found 2 roaches in our room. 1 alive and 1 dead. Our toilet stopped working in the middle of the night and we had to move rooms. Not the property’s fault but someone kept slamming a door at 2 in the morning over and over. Was not restful at all. "

"Never again. This place has gotten awful! Elevator is trash and frequently is out of order, both washing machines- out of order, pool- you guessed it, and they couldn't even restock the toilet paper to my room. Poorly operated and maintained place. Its obviously the owner being cheap and negligent. To top it off I get in from work only to be stuck outside after they almost burn the place down. The strong smell of smoke was too much I packed up my things and my dog and just left and stayed in...

"I always enjoy staying here… it’s always clean, in a nice area and very comfortable!"

"The room was clean, and the linens and toiletries provided were of good quality. The hallway was a bit dated and stained. I didn't try the breakfast (it wasn't complementary), but the other time I did try it, it wasn't very good because they were out of so many things during a holiday season."

"Definitely not IHG standards. The ice machine is broken on the 2nd floor, there are no vending machines, there was a dirty rag in our shower, Shampoo instead of hand soap by the sink, and a broken tv remote. This felt like a cheap motel stay."

"Looks like the property was recently renovated. Doesn’t look like much on the outside but the rooms are extremely well equipped and updated nicely. Nice little continental breakfast as well is a plus :)"
