This property is smoke-free, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the condo complex’s property, including private balconies, communal pool and hot tubs, and other common areas. Guests have access to the fitness facility (indoors) and community hot tub(outdoors), both of which are available year-round for all Mountain Lake Complex guests. These amenities are managed by the HOA and are subject to availability. Two Pines is not responsible for any unforeseen closures of these facilities.
