Discover Moonlight Mountain Home, a 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom ski-in/ski-out chalet, perfect for year-round getaways to Big Sky and Summer adventures at Yellowstone National Park. Sleeping 11 guests in Moonlight Basin, this 3-level escape offers easy convenience to hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, and more. Guests will love warm evenings on the spacious decks, while chilly weather promises cozy nights by the fireplace or in the private hot tub.

Step onto the main level to find the kitchen and living area.

Downstairs is a beautiful primary bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, gas fireplace, and access to the back patio.

The third-level loft boasts a leather armchair, couch, Smart TV, Blu-ray player, desk, and a guest bedroom with a full bed and twin futon.

Parking for 2 vehicles—1 in the garage. For ski-in/ski-out access, walk through the trees to Bootlegger Run to reach the Iron Horse Lift of Madison Base Area.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (sleeps 11):
- Primary Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Soaking Tub and Separate Shower
- Guest Bedroom: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo

Early and late season ski-in/ski-out access is condition dependent and may vary throughout your stay.

NOTE: There is LIMITED air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room of the home only.

Our trip to Big Sky was wonderful! The house was clean and spacious. We enjoyed ski in/ski out access and the hot tub. Our only complaint is lack of transportation in that area. We were told there was a free shuttle service that could take us to/from mountain village for meals, grocery, etc. However, after we arrived we realized Moonlight Basin is outside of their service area. With limited Uber availability and a house with 9 people, figuring our dinner was a pain every night. Renting a car is a must in this area…we will know for next time. Additionally, the hosts really need to leave detailed instructions on how to find the house when returning from the slopes. It took us 3 days and a lot of hiking up and down the wrong streets and paths to finally understand exactly how to ski directly up to our house.

Summer in Montana

This property is fantastic! Clean and even better than pictured. Natural Retreats was great to deal with, very accommodating and responsive. The location is superb. Summer in Montana was so much fun…from fly fishing to white water rafting, 4 wheeling with spectacular views and golf. We did a little bit of everything and would highly recommend this property. At the end of a busy day this was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy an evening soak in the hot tub. The hot weather minus the humidity, a bonus. We will be back!
