• Driveway can accommodate 1 boat trailer in addition to 2 cars.

• Must be at least 25 to Book and Receive Keys - ID required for check-in
• We have two outdoor security cameras - 1. Entrance/Driveway, 2. Back Deck
• Dining Table converts to Poker and Bumper Pool
• Bedroom features a unique bed setup with a custom-built elevated bed (accessed by ladder) directly above a standard bed

• Occupancy Limit: 5 people (including kids over 2) - NO more than 4 adults 17+
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
• NO SMOKING/VAPING inside cabin
• Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. (no outside spa use is allowed during these hours)
• No amplified music or media is allowed outside at any time.
• Number of guests must not ever exceed the posted limit.
