With 3 spacious bedrooms containing a total of 6 beds and 3 beautiful bathrooms, this cabin is ideal for families or groups of friends. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace, or unwind in the private indoor spa after a day of activities. The fenced backyard with a BBQ is the perfect spot to enjoy the outdoors and savor delicious meals.



    The Space:

    Along with its inviting amenities, the cabin offers fast WiFi, a flatscreen TV with cable, central heating for your comfort, and a washer and dryer for added convenience, guaranteeing a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Covered garage parking is available, and in accordance with city ordinance, a maximum of 3 cars are permitted on the property.

Oktoberfest getaway

Two families stayed and it was the perfect getaway. The beds super comfy. Bathrooms updated. Kitchen has everything you could want . Great area for dining and wonderful outdoor area. Nice and quiet. Also important you couldn’t hear the teens in the far room as nice thick carpeting created good privacy

Perfect cabin for a family ski weekend

We have stayed at Big bear several times, and this has been by far our favorite cabin that we have printed. It is incredibly comfortable with more than enough space for our family of 7. The walk to the resort was easy even for our kids. The kitchen has everything you need and we loved the couches in the adjoining dining room so we could all hang out while we cooked. Everything is nicely updated, the hot tub and fireplace are wonderful to warm, the backyard was fabulous for our three kids to play in, and we loved that there was a sled for us to use! We had fun playing the great selection of board games by the fire. It was great to have places to hang our skis in the garage, and the room with an small Couch off the garage was so convenient for taking off all our outerwear and boots. Plus, the owners are so warm, kind, and easy to communicate with. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Will definitely be coming back.

All around great property

Our stay at Summit Estates was great. Location is so close to Snow Summit making it so convenient getting back and forth from the bike park. There was PLENTY of room for our party of 6 plus our bikes. The property is very clean and well kept, inside and out. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again myself.

Great house, great location..

Great house, very clean and plenty of space! The house is about two blocks from Snow Summit parking lot, which is very helpful on a busy day when parking is at a minimum. On a less crowded day, it's a quick and easy drive if you don't prefer walking in ski boots. Hosts were helpful and readily available, would definitely rent this house again.

Very comfortable, close to lifts

The house had plenty of room for the eight of us who stayed here for a three day weekend in January 2022. There were beds for everyone, the kitchen was quite large, and everyone had somewhere to sit when eating at the table or just hanging out in the living/family rooms. We loved being able to quickly walk back to the house from Snow Summit to grab something that we forgot (or to catch lunch)--great location! We would definitely stay here again!

Cabin exactly as described. - everything we needed

We stayed here during the first week of January. This was a great cabin for our family with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The use of the garage was a very nice bonus. The enclosed jacuzzi was really nice as well. I would definitely recommend it to others and will stay here again. Checkin process was a breeze.

Great house

This house was better in person! The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, silverware, plates, etc... The yard and deck are spacious. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay there again for sure.

Nice place

Great location short walk the Snow Summit Lots of beds. Lots of space to hang out without being on top of each other. Kids room queen bed needs replaced. Giant sink hole in the middle of the bed. The rest of the beds were fine. Jacuzzi was awesome. I’ll be back

Perfect location- Great stay

We have came to big bear for years now and this was by far the best for us! So close to summit and also so great for the kids, their is a backyard so they made it easy to watch the little ones. The Indoor hot tub is a must!!! The light inside it didn’t work but their is lights in the room that made it great! Duel living rooms and plenty of beds! Fire place is gas so no need for wood! We will be back! Thank you so much!

Had everything we needed

Fully equipped kitchen and so spacious. Big kids had their own hang out living room to watch the game, mom and dads had their own chat area by dining room, and little kids played in their bunkbed room. No one was bothered by our individual activities. Check-in and out was easy.

LOCATION!

We were 2 young families skiing for a few days at Snow Summit. We absolutely LOVED the location, as it was only a few minutes walk from the slopes, which was perfect to take our little ones home for naps etc. The house was very clean and had all the things we needed for cooking and a long stay. The property manager, Mario, was awesome to work with. He would text back right away, even after hours if we needed anything. Mario always knew excactly where everything was and how to help. Great service! The only thing the kids were disappointed about was the foosball table is not there anymore, but I understand how something like that could take a beating and be out of commission. I would recommend you bring extra towels for the hot tub, there are only a few extra for hot tub use. Everything in the home is in working order and quite lovely. The back yard was even perfect for lots of snow play for the kids. Firewood is provided for fires. There is parking in the garage to keep your car dry. Washing machine was great to be able to use, just bring your own detergent. Overall we had a great experience and will probably be back next season!
