Adjacent to the living room and eating nook, you'll discover a well-equipped kitchen featuring top-of-the-line amenities. The kitchen boasts luxurious Japanese INAX tiles with a convenient pot filler, a sink dispenser providing filtered hot and cold water, a spacious Sub Zero refrigerator, a drawer microwave, a Samsung dishwasher/range/oven, a coffee maker, French press, a coffee bean grinder, a standard toaster, and a Cusinart toaster/oven air fryer. Everything you desire in a vacation rental and more awaits you in this brand-new, fully equipped kitchen.


BEDROOMS

PRIMARY BEDROOM + FULL BATH (KING BED - All Brand New)
The primary bedroom on the lower level boasts an ensuite full bath with heated floors. Its bathroom features a beautifully remodeled shower area adorned with Japanese INAX tiles and high-end Kohler hardware. This room offers a supremely comfortable king-size mattress, fresh linens, a smart TV, blackout curtains, and a warm and romantic electric fireplace.

Ascend the custom spiral staircase to explore three additional bedrooms and a bonus Zen meditation area, all with mesmerizing lake and mountain views.

BEDROOM 2
Large Windows and Skylights with Panoramic Views
This bedroom showcases a queen-size bed and embodies the quintessential A-Frame design with its clean and modern lines. Two large skylights provide enchanting lake views during the day and an opportunity for stargazing at night. The room has been completely remodeled, and two custom floor-to-ceiling windows offer incredible lake and mountain vistas.

BEDROOM 3
Another quintessential A-Frame room with vaulted ceilings and a skylight, providing a delightful view of the lake and mountains. This room features a queen-size bed.

BONUS ROOM
This area is perfect for children and features seating, games + TV with access to Netflix, Apple TV+, Youtube Premium and More.

*A Note About The Bedrooms*

To promote rest, relaxation, and a peaceful environment, the two bedrooms upstairs intentionally do not have TVs. The unique A-Frame architecture of these rooms, with angled walls and high ceilings, has been modernized to evoke a clean, airy, and crisp ambiance, ensuring a unique experience during your stay.

The downstairs bedroom is the largest and includes a TV along with its own full bathroom, ambient electric fireplace and has black out curtains.


BATHROOMS

FULL Bath #1 is located inside the downstairs primary bedroom. This bathroom boasts heated pebble floors and showcases a uniquely arched Japanese INAX shower, a corner basin sink, a toilet, and other distinctive A-Frame architectural touches that add to the charm.

FULL Bath #2 is situated downstairs in the hallway, dedicated to the guests staying upstairs. This spacious bathroom also boasts heated pebble floors, a large and deep tub with a shower, a custom poured concrete floating vessel sink, and additional high-end touches that will make your stay extra special.

Through the expansive dual sliding glass doors, you'll step onto a large deck that provides all you could ever desire in a vacation rental:

DISCLAIMER:
We are located in the woods/mountains. So please expect the elements of nature such as wind, snow, mud, pine sap & needles, even critters at times (ants, spiders, etc...), including coyotes at dusk and evening times (FOR THOSE OF YOU BRINGING DOGS). After all, THIS IS NATURE, and probably not suited for sterile suburbanites.


HOUSE RULES REMINDER:

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - means we will ask you to vacate without refunds and you will be responsible for any fines ($500+ first offense) levied by the City, and forfeit your security deposit

* Booking guest must be at least 25 years old
* No parties or events
* No smoking of any kind (including vaping) in or near the house
* Maximum Occupancy: 6 Persons, 3 Vehicles
* No inviting over the total amount of guests allowed to stay at the house (6 adult max occupants)
* No amplified/loud music at any time to be heard at property line 24/7
* Quiet hours and NO Spa Use strictly enforced 10pm-7am. Please turn off all patio lights and bring the conversation inside by 10pm because it's a City Ordinance
* No parking on the street 24/7

* Pets are Allowed but must be well behaved and guest must sign the pet addendum. $50 per pet per day. Dogs Only. No Cats allowed.

OTHER RULES:

- Preferred No Shoes in the House
- While we don't expect you to clean, we expect you to be tidy: Please clear the table, and scrape off dirty dishes in the garbage and run them in the dishwasher
- Please put back all items where you found them
- Golden rule: treat this house as your house
- Be Respectful of the Property and Have Fun!

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN A $500 FINE.

Guest Access

Guest access is private to the Stargazer Property guests. Guests of Loro's Lookout will have exclusive access to the entire Loro's Lookout home, deck, hot tub, BBQ, Fire Pit and own outdoor dining area.

Other Things To Note

The Village is Big Bear's entertainment "downtown" showcasing great restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Enjoy nature while being only a few minutes from civilization.
