☀ You'll have access to the entire house, with no shared spaces. The owners have a few small closets locked off in the hallways for supplies & personal items.

☀ We are available to guests 7 days a week. The easiest way to contact us is by sending us a message on the airbnb app. Our guidebook answers most questions of fun things to do in town, but feel free to ask us for additional recommendations of things to do.

> Other Things to note:
As required by Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you'll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake's "Good Neighbor Policy" before gaining access to the house. We’ll also need to verify your identification. This process can be completed electronically, or you can visit our check-in office if you prefer.
