A car is recommended — Big Bear has limited public transit. On-site parking available. Tire chains required Nov–Apr (even for 4x4s).

- No pets allowed

- Fireplace: Wood-burning — firewood not provided; available at local stores

- Steps at entrance: A few steps lead to the front door — please plan accordingly

- No A/C: Mountain elevation keeps temperatures comfortable; ceiling fans provided

- Exterior security cameras on property for guest safety (no interior cameras)
