Located in the desirable Fox Farm neighborhood, the cabin is about a 20-minute walk to Big Bear Lake and the Alpine Zoo, with shops, dining and other attractions just a short drive away.

    Perfect for families and groups, this 4-bedroom cabin accommodates up to 11 guests and offers plenty of space to relax, play and enjoy everything Big Bear has to offer.

    Inside the cabin
    Gather in the spacious living room around the impressive floor-to-ceiling river rock gas fireplace, watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV with cable, or enjoy meals together at the dining table and breakfast bar.
    The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, roaster, coffee maker, Keurig, crockpot, rice cooker, cookware and dishes.

Abe's Cool Cabin

We had a wonderful family trip. Cool cabins allowed us to go to cabin a little early which was greatly appreciated!! Cabin was wonderful and location was great! Four generations enjoyed a great weekend with all the conveniences of home! I would recommend this cabin.

Abe’s cabin

Clean, comfortable, well stocked & a home away from home for our 3 generations of family. Pet friendly & separate game rooms. A wonderful mountain trip & thanks for the memories!! We will return!!

The host was really good, thankfully we didn't need to bother the host too much. We stayed at "Abe's cool cabin" the stay was pretty good over all there was some left over cans and water bottles in the porch. spider webs here and there some things that needed some organizing. There was also some missing billiards balls and a broken snow shovel that was repaired with tape, one of the blinds in the room kept falling off. It's the little things here and there that was an inconvenience but not too much to make a fuss.

Beautiful house & location. 💖💖the front porch. Kitchen is stocked with almost everything needed. Just a few constructive suggestions. The floors are Vacuumed but not clean, several of the adults Said the beds were quite uncomfortable. The spa had An unpleasant odor , the gas grill was extremely dirty and Greasy

Abe’s Place

Home was beautiful! Cabin staff polite. Unfortunately some of the amenities were not working and maintenance staff had to come out several times. Some amenities were not able to be repaired during our stay. Quite a bit of money for there to be several amenities in need of repair. Overall though, we enjoyed our family time.

We are so disappointed about your heater we all can't take a bath in the morning since the water is too cold!! I am not expecting this kind of experience!

Pretty place. Kind average.

It's expensive so you expect a lot. The property manager was excellent. That is was important so I would give the customer service (Cool Cabins) a 10. The AC I'm this place is very loud and there is only one thermostat so the rooms upstairs got very hot. Kids could sleep up there two of the nights because it was so hot. The living space was nice and the location is very good for getting to town and the slopes.

Nice cabin but some interruptions

Overall it's a great cabin for a family stay, although it's a very quiet neighborhood. We were told we couldn't be in the spa after 9pm due to the noise ordinance, so we got out around 810pm on a Sat night and shortly after, the management company came over and said there was a noise complaint. Then the same night the management company showed up at 1145pm knocking on our door waking us up (including our young kids) and asked if we called about the heater. Apparently they had the wrong cabin! So our first night was a little rough. They extended our check out time and took the trash which was nice, but I would have rather had a good night's sleep.

Fantastic property

Great house with all the trimmings! Took our daughter and 8 friends for her 18th birthday as well as my husband and I. We all had comfortable accommodations, BBQ'd, and had movie night.
