Tucked among the pines of Big Bear, this spacious mountain retreat offers the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and experience every season at its best. From snowy winter mornings by the fireplace to warm summer evenings under a sky full of stars, the cabin is designed for comfort, adventure, and togetherness.
Sleeping arrangements Five themed bedrooms give each guest their own unique space to settle in after a day outdoors. Upstairs, a snowboarding-inspired room features a king bed, while the Alice in Wonderland suite offers whimsical details alongside a queen bed. A jungle-themed room with two bunk beds makes an ideal hideaway for kids. Downstairs, guests can choose between the ski-themed king bedroom or the cozy bear-themed queen bedroom. With a thoughtful mix of bedding options, the home easily accommodates families and groups traveling together.
Living spaces The living room is the heart of the cabin, with soaring ceilings, skylights that invite natural light, and a dramatic floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace. A roomy sectional sofa offers plenty of space for everyone to gather for movie nights or relaxed conversation. For those seeking extra fun, the game room provides entertainment with an arcade-style video games, and plenty of space for friendly competition.
Outdoor living The wrap-around deck is where many guests spend their favorite moments. Begin your day with coffee surrounded by fresh mountain air, share meals at the outdoor dining table, or unwind in the private hot tub while taking in nighttime views of the stars. A gas fire pit creates a cozy spot for evenings together, and the private backyard provides room for kids and pets to explore.
Kitchen and dining The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home, from cooking basics and a full range of appliances to a drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and wine glasses. Guests can choose between indoor dining or carrying meals outside to the deck for al fresco gatherings.
Family-friendly details Traveling with kids becomes a breeze with thoughtful amenities like a crib, highchair, board games, and a playroom filled with books and toys. Themed bedrooms ignite creativity, while outdoor spaces offer plenty of room for little ones to explore.
Perfect for every season In the winter, ski resorts are just a short drive away, along with snow play areas and cozy après-ski evenings by the fire. Parking Instructions: Please use the driveway for parking. Garage and street parking are not permitted. Please remember these rules are mandated and imposed solely by the CITY and our PERMIT/ORDINANCE which requires property management companies to notify all guests that the CITY requires you to sign a rental agreement and the Good Neighbor Brochure to obtain the code to the property as well as provide a copy in the rental agreement app a copy of Governmental ID that matches the name on the reservation. Please notate these and all rules regarding spa hours, trash removal, noise and dishes being washed are due to our permit and not our rules so please keep this in mind before booking as some guests rate us based on rules we must abide by to rent. We appreciate that they are unique rules please do not review us based on the reviews we need to follow, we appreciate it. The code cannot be sent until this agreement is filled out.
(1) Maximum vehicles and guest occupancy permitted is described in the listing. Any violation is subject to eviction and/or cancellation of your stay. If you need additional parking, please contact us directly.
(2) Big Bear Lake does not allow street parking; they will tow any vehicles parked on the street and any towing fees or fines issued are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
(3) Excessive noise or loud music heard at the property line is prohibited by the CITY for the consideration of the local residents. The CITY enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM and will send out code enforcement officers to issue fines/and or evict guests for any violations reported. There will be a $300 administrative fine per Code Call for our team to show up as we are required to attend such code call within 30 minus, plus $100 per hour of our time spent for the violation. This is IN ADDITION to any fines issued by Code Enforcement which start at $500 to $5000 per violation.
(4) Dishes - All dishes must be cleaned before leaving and the house must be left in the same condition that you found it in. Any dirty dishes left in the kitchen are subject to a $45 fee- our housekeepers will unload dishes or put them away but do not wash dishes or dump trash per the law this includes leaving dishes with food on them or left in the home. It also attracts vermin. Please note this is part of our permit and not included in cleaning the home after guests leave.
(5) Any bags or trash left behind in the bathroom, kitchen (including leaving behind items in the fridge, or around the house is subject to a $25 per bag for removal. Please make sure all trash is bagged and tightly secured inside the bins and the lids are shut tight. Any trash left inside the home will be subject to a fee.
(6) Barbecue- Propane is offered on the honor system on any firepit or BBQ. Please do not leave the firepit or BBQ on unattended. Please clean the BBQ after use. If by chance the propane runs out, please let us know and we will send someone to replace it. Please make sure all propane is turned off after use. Big Bear does not allow the use of charcoal of lighter fluid. Please be advised if you run out of propane and it is after hours we cannot promise after hours refills late at night as the stores may not be open.
(7) Pet- All pets must be disclosed and pet fees paid in full prior to your arrival. Please be sure to clean up after your pets, please do not allow them on the furniture or bedding, and for their safety do not leave them outside unattended. Any pet waste left inside or outside of the home or damages to the home are subject to additional cleaning or repair fees.
(8) Hot Tub – No hot tub use after 10pm per the law any time a spa is left open and the cover off more than 30 mins a fine of $250 per hour will be due plus damages to the spa as this can result in pipes freezing - if a user error or maintenance is found or if we have to dump and fill water prior to your stay due to cleanliness requirements - we cannot be held liable nor grant refunds for a spa not being at the temperature desired or if left uncovered - if we have to dump the water it can take 24 hours for it to warm up. This is out of our control as sometimes the water has to be dumped and can take 24 hours to warm up. This will not be grounds for a refund.
(9) Parties or noise ordinance calls – any parties, events, unauthorized guests or noise complaints will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction.
(10) No over occupancy - $500 per person over occupancy fine plus damages plus immediate eviction and subject to code call fines.
(11) No smoking, vaping or drugs inside our cabins at any time. Any evidence of violation is grounds for immediate eviction from the cabin and a $3500 plus damages found at the home.
(12) Please refrain from bringing your own BBQs, Firepits and or outside cooking devices are banned by the CITY due to the fire safety hazards. This is subject to eviction due to this is how fires start.
Please keep in mind you must be 25 years old to book.
