The Coach House at High Park, Indoor Pool

This spacious 1 bedroom 1 story Barn has recently been converted transforming it into an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway for couples. The Barns at High Park were originally built in the late 1800's and are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

High Park Barns has a secure, purpose-built 1 acre dog exercise field located on site. Designed with safety, freedom, and fun in mind, our fully enclosed field, with 1.8m high fencing, offers dogs the perfect space to run, play, and train off-lead in a safe and private environment. The dog field is open daily in the morning and evening for staying guests at no cost. Additional time can be booked during the day.

The barn is situated with 14 acres of private land. Within the grounds is a shared indoor swimming pool and hot-tub, and large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation and decked terrace.

Converted in 2016, this barn features a solid oak super king bed in the master bedroom, all new solid oak furniture, leather sofas, LED lighting and underfloor heating.

The barn has access to four 7.2kW electric vehicle (EV) destination chargers.

The barn is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at £25 per dog per week or part thereof.

Relaxing and revitalising

The Coach House was very comfortable and the swimming pool rota meant I had lots of opportunities to swim with the pool to myself.The gardens were lovely to walk around and the area very peaceful.

Coach House

We were welcomed on arrival by Anne-Louise. She gave us lots of useful information about the area. Paul then gave us a further tip about a great beach. The accomodation was lovely, the area very quiet but with excellent facilities nearby - including a large supermarket and shopping village. The welcome milk and cream tea were quite literally very welcome and in all the ambience of the Coach House was super. The pool was amazing! We will definitely be returning. Thanks for such a great holiday - of course I haven't mentioned the weather :)

Superb accommodation, well equipped and very comfortable. Great location, communications and clear directions; and the scones, jam and cream on arrival were most welcome. Milk too from the Milk Kiosk on the neighbouring farm. For a comfortable stay in North Devon this accommodation will be hard to beat. Tony

Lovely weekend away

Stayed at coach park on the weekend while I had some work being done to my house. Anne’s property was absolutely lovely the entire place was so relaxing! Was a nice to have cream tea on arrival & fresh milk in the fridge. Pool and hot tub was easy to access! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone! Thank you for the great stay

A wonderful place to relax, large and beautifully decorated rooms, swimming pool and jacuzzi available 24 hours. Very close to the store. Hosts welcomed us with sweet rolls and milk. I would recommend it to all. A wonderful place to relax, for sure we will come back and take our family

Herrlicher Aufenhalt in einem einfach schönen Coach House

Unser erster Urlaub in GB war einfach schön. Wir konnten hier herrlich relaxen, durch Garten und Park in wenigen Schritten zum Schwimmen in den Pool. Der Atlantik direkt vor der Haustüre. High Park ist absolutly empfehlenswert. Zum Empfang waren Scouns mit strawberry jam bereitgelegt, im Kühlschrank dazu clotted cream. Sowohl Tee als auch Kaffekapseln für die Nespressomaschine waren da. Tee natürlich am naheliegendsten, es war ja teatime bei unserer Ankunft. Die Mär von der fehlenden Kochkunst in GB können wir nach dem Aufenhalt ad acta legen. Es war jedesmal lecker, was uns aufgetischt wurde, auch das cornische Guinnes. It was a wonderful time in England. Thank you, Anne-Louise.

Un posto meraviglioso in un’oasi di tranquillità

Casa bellissima, dotata di tutti i confort immaginabili (compresa piscina e idromassaggio). Contesto immerso nella natura molto silenzioso ma a 5 minuti di auto da tutte le comodità della città. Per noi è stata un punto di appoggio per il coast path (stupendo). Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Insomma consigliatissima
