To one side of the beach Northam Burrows Country Park is a haven for marine wildlife and offers a shady break from the beach amongst the sand dunes. For those who want to explore a bit further afield there is plenty to see and do within a short drive of the property, including The Big Sheep, the historic harbour town of Bideford and the pretty fishing village of Appledore.


On arrival take a moment to admire the spectacular views on offer of Westward Ho! beach. The property is accessed via the rear conservatory door which leads into the light and airy kitchen/breakfast room. Which is truly the perfect backdrop for catching up whilst cooking up a storm in the kitchen area. The kitchen offers an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Next door is the utility room which houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and a separate shower room with shower and WC. Following on through the property you will enter the fabulous lounge area which offers a large window allowing you to sit back and relax amongst the soft furnishings and watch your favourite programme on the TV. The dining room offers a table with seating for up to four guests. After a long day of exploring, head upstairs to the first floor where you will find the two bedrooms, a spacious double room which boasts remarkable sea views and a light and airy twin room. You will also find the shower room here, with shower and WC.


Venture outside where you will find an enclosed patio area, with garden furniture and an outside shower which is perfect to wash yourself down after your visit to the beach then hang up your wetsuits on the rack which is also on offer. There is allocated parking for one car.
