• Master Bedroom: double bed (160x200 cm)
• Second Bedroom: two single bunk beds (70x190 cm, top bunk for children aged 6+ only, not recommended for adults) and one pull-out single bed (70x190 cm)
• Bathroom: sink, shower + separate toilet
• Living Area: banquette seating, dining table, TV with TNT channels
• Kitchenette: fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle
• Terrace: 15 m², semi-covered with garden furniture, secured gate, and gas plancha (use subject to prefectural regulations)

• Damage deposit + cleaning deposit: €300 (refundable provided there is no damage, items missing, or extra cleaning required)
