• Master Bedroom: double bed (160x200 cm)
• Second Bedroom: room best suited to children and teenagers (not recommended to couples) with two single bunk beds (70x190 cm, top bunk for children aged 6+ only, not recommended for adults) and a single pull-out trundle bed (70x190 cm) with blackout curtains
• Bathroom: sink, shower + separate toilet
• Living Area: banquette seating, dining table, TV with TNT channels and reversible air conditioning
• Kitchenette: fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, range hood, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle
• Terrace: 15 m², semi-covered with garden furniture, secured gate, and gas plancha (use subject to prefectural regulations)

• Top bunk in the second bedroom and the single pull-out trundle bed are only suitable for children aged 6+ only and not recommended for adults
• Bed linens and towels not included (can be rented on-site)​
• Unaccompanied minors cannot be accepted
• Strictly no group bookings (defined as 2 or more accommodations or 12+ people travelling together)

• Indoor pool and outdoor spa area opening hours: All season from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; from 01/07 to 31/08: from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• Zen zone: indoor pool and heated balneotherapy area (adults only in the mornings from 01/07 to 31/08)

• Animations: open during the summer holidays (from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.)
• Children's Club (ages 4 to 12): sports and recreational activities, fun and board games. Discover the mini-farm, treasure hunts, and sports tournaments
