"I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The A/C in our room was completely broken, and the temperature stayed around 80 degrees the entire time, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When we brought the issue to staff, manager Emily was dismissive, showed no empathy, and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. No real solution was offered. "The only thing this place has is proximity to Sudbury. The door was warped and had a 3” space at the bottom so mice could get in. So obvious that they tried to fix it and couldn’t. Broken toilet paper holder, mirror,etc. "
