We stayed in Tower 4, it’s run down, outdated and worn out BUT it serves the purpose of a practical hotel room with a comfortable bed and ample space and in fact the view was amazing from the bedroom window (42028) and I would stay there again. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, close to all attractions and the staff were exceptional — friendly, helpful, and always quick to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast was fantastic as well, with a great variety and delicious options each morning. A small suggestion (not a complaint): the reception area has a wonderful fragrance, and it would be amazing if the same scent could be introduced to the corridors and rooms...

The best thing about the hotel, however, is the staff. Whether in room service, at the breakfast buffet, by the pool or at reception, the staff were always friendly, service-oriented and helpful!
