"I had a wonderful experience with this hotel. My dad recently stayed here, and I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care and hospitality he received.
A very special mention to **Kunal and Anwar**, who went above and beyond to make sure my dad was comfortable and well taken care of. I had requested them to give him some extra care during his stay, and they truly exceeded my expectations. They made him feel so comfortable and at home, which meant a lot to me, especially since I was not...

"Loved the Residency hotel. Very centrally located for south mumbai, with convenient access to everything south mumbai has to offer. We booked the heritage large room and were happy with the room size and comfort. The staff is also super helpful and everyone is very welcoming. I would definitely pick the Residency for my stay again in the future in Mumbai without any hesitation!"

"My wife was travelling alone on this trip and what we found amazing was they put her on a protected / segregated floor for individual women travelers. This floor had staff that are all female and access was strictly controlled.
This is amazing, kudos to the ITC group for thinking about the safety.
All the staff were amazing, my wife had a seamless experience from checkin to stay to check out.
We always prefer to stay in ITC and we will keep coming back again and again."

"Excellent staff and good room and bathroom. Breakfast pretty god and very good value all round. Several bars and restaurants in the locality. Fairly easy walk to the sights. A metro station about 15 minutes walk. Worth trying as it's modern and pretty unused. The only problem was a lot of noise from a bar directly below our room that went on until 1.30!!"
