"Staff was not that helpful and accommodating"

"The room was very clean and the hotel location is in a peaceful forest 15 minutes walk to McLeod Ganj where the Dalai Lama lives and the main square. The food at breakfast was excellent and you can ask for things like bananas that were not on the table. The staff were attentive. Our laundry service was excellent as well."

"A unique gem, hidden away in McLeod Ganj. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Rooms feature world class facilities. Breakfast buffet is excellent and includes expresso drinks. A nice bar with a view. Rooms facing the valley have a nice view, They also have a full spa and gym onsite. Its also very close to the center of the area and is accessed by narrow city streets. Reception is great at arranging taxis to take you to local destinations. If you are...

"Good place. I extended my stay."

"Good and professional staff"

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is really good and conveniently located. The location is ideal. An d there is a yoga school on site with daily classes. The spa is also on site and offers outstanding massages. It should be noted, however, that there is some construction happening on site and there are some guests that keep very late hours and can create a disturbance for those sleeping. Overall an excellent experience and I will return."

"ESTANCIA DE DOS SEMANAS MUY AGRADABLE. EL HOTEL ESTABA EN RENOACION PERO TAMBIEN SE VEIA MUY VIEJO Y DESCUIDADO. SIN EMBARGO EL PERSONAL FUE EXCELENTE A PESAR DE QUE NO ENTENDIA TODO LO QUE NECESITABA SE ESFORZARON POR DAR LO MEJOR DE ELLOS MISMOS!"

"This hotel is great, clean, excelente service, good food. The manager and staff help us a lot: booking taxis, recomendations, etc. We had excellent holidays in this hotel. Thanks a lot Roshan House staff"
