• Dining room next to the kitchen

• Lounge area set up in the basement

• Shower room with toilet on the same floor

• Second shower room with toilet on the 3rd floor

• Laundry room with washing machine on the 2nd floor



Guest Access:

Guests have access to their private bedroom as well as all shared common areas.

Self check-in is possible via a secure key box.

Located in the very heart of Béziers, the house is just a few minutes’ walk from shops, restaurants, public transport and cultural sites. A lively, central area, perfect for discovering the city on foot.

• Béziers train station: 10 min on foot

• Allées Paul Riquet: 5 min on foot

• Beaches (Valras-Plage): 20 min by car

• Béziers–Cap d’Agde Airport: 15 min

• A security deposit will be required including for Airbnb guests via a bank card pre-authorisation from 300 EUR to 1500 EUR depending on the property

• You will receive a message 2 days before arrival to complete online check-in

• This is when you will register your bank card for the deposit

• If the deposit cannot be secured, we will not be able to hand over access to the property"
