Other day trips from the holiday home include Bodiam Castle, Battle Abbey, and the picturesque village of Rye (all within 20 miles).
The stylish holiday home is decorated in calming, neutral tones and many of the rooms enjoy unspoilt coastal views. Wooden furniture and natural textures add a rustic element to each area, reminding you of your proximity to nature, and little luxurious touches ensure a relaxing stay. On the ground floor you’ll find a vast, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner for spending time together. Prepare delicious feasts for the group in the sleek kitchen area, which you can share at the beautiful breakfast bar or around the large dining table. Patio doors run the entire length of the room, bathing the space in natural light and allowing fabulous sea views. There’s also a comfortable seating area where you can curl up with a good book and take in your beautiful surroundings. In the evenings, retreat to the fantastic media room for the perfect setting for a movie night with the family with its smart tv and impressive surround sound and relax on the L-shaped sofa. Also on the ground floor is a games room with a table football, arcade machine, and a Smart TV with Sky Sports. From the games room, doors lead through to the heated indoor swimming pool with a vaulted ceiling and a relaxation area with sun loungers, as well as a sauna and a shower room. At the far end of the room is a workout area with gym equipment. The property has two ground-floor bedrooms. The first is a stunning super-king-size with patio doors leading out to the decked terrace and an en-suite bathroom with an indulgent, free-standing bath. The second bedroom is a super-king-size zip-and-link with a separate shower room, located across the hallway. A handy utility room rounds off the ground floor. Heading upstairs, the remaining bedrooms await. The two king-size bedrooms boast panoramic sea views, and both have access to the balcony and their own, en-suite facilities. The final bedroom is a family room with four single beds and an en-suite bathroom.
Outside, the large, decked area is the ideal place to unwind on a summer’s afternoon. The space has patio seating and a gas BBQ, as well as a hot tub and an outdoor shower. Steps lead down to an al fresco area with a firepit, and beyond this is the beach. There is an EV charger at the front of the property.
