Our room wasn’t cleaned when we opened the door. Management called for someone and they came and cleaned it. After cleaning, it was still dusty. Some tiles were missing in the bathroom wall and the flooring had scrapes on it.

Dirty. Room not clean. Outside unkept with weeds and trash, sand piled in parking, entryway had gathered sand and dried grass. Windows and doors needed washing.

The staff were friendly. The room however was lacking. There was hair in the sheets and on pillows, the hall had a HORRIBLE smell, carpet was tore up and the beds were very uncomfortable. When you first walk in downstairs it seemed very updated and welcoming, but once you step off the elevator upstairs ...
