Historic Farmhouse Charm Meets Modern Luxury — With Stunning Mountain Views!
Originally built as a farmhouse in the 1800s, this home has been fully renovated to blend timeless charm with modern comfort. Step inside and you'll be greeted by an open-concept living space designed for gathering and relaxation, with many seating areas to take advantage of the serene views of the surrounding fields and mountains. The luxury kitchen features an induction range, dual oven, and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. A spacious dining area with seating for 12 flows seamlessly into the living area, furnished with three couches and three plush chairs—perfect for watching TV, enjoying a book, or simply soaking in the views. Yoga mats and blocks are available, along with board games and cards.

From here, step onto the expansive deck, where you'll find ample outdoor seating including a conversation pit with sectional sofa, Adirondack chairs, and bar-style seating. It's the perfect spot to sip a sunset martini, watch the kids play on the sprawling backyard lawn, or take in the snow-covered scenery. A few steps down, a Weber grill awaits to bring the flavors of summer to this beautiful mountain setting.

The main level also features a ¾ bathroom with shower and modern laundry appliances, as well as a bedroom suite with a queen bed and private bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms. The spacious primary suite boasts a king bed, twin bed, sofa, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a glass-tiled walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a Toto Washlet bidet. Across from a cozy sitting area are two more bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed and twin bed, and each with its own private full bathroom.

No matter the season, radiant heat ensures the home is warm, inviting, and ready to make your stay unforgettable.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Arrival and Departure
-Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM.
-Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability.
-A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival.
-Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement.
-All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.

Occupancy and Pets
-The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests.
-Dogs are allowed (5 max), any other types of animals require approval. All pets except for Service Animals are subject to a Pet Fee per pet.
-Dogs should not be left unattended in units if there is potential for them to damage the property.
-Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.

-Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest.
-Linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, with beds made and fresh towels waiting for you upon arrival.

Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway

-Parking is limited to 6 CARS.
-Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed.

-Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made.
