The room was clean. The bed, to me, wasn't very comfortable but I do not like to sleep on memory foam mattresses. If you have mobility issues, the toilet was pretty low to the ground. It was great we stayed there while deer hunting. It was perfect. Owners were Very friendly and accommodating. Definitely be back on our next hunting trip.
