    The Space:

    Escape to Sea Colony in this 11th floor 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath oceanfront condo! Featuring a seaside balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, this one-level resort retreat offers a living room, dining area, half bathroom, full hall bathroom and two bedrooms, including an oceanfront primary suite. Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this coastal condominium also offers a well-equipped kitchen, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and a complete complement of utensils and cookware. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more! Accessible without stairs.  2 TVs, 2 DVDs, Wifi. The primary bedroom is on the west side of the building. Bedroom 2 is oceanfront.

    Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Great view

The view of the ocean was great from the balcony. We watched the sunrise every morning, and we were lucky enough to see dolphins one morning. The layout of the place was perfect for our family and we will be back for sure.

Great place!

Condo was clean, nicely decorated and had a beautiful view of the water. Check in was easy, unit had upgraded appliances with keyless entry. Beds we’re comfortable, would definitely stay again!

We LOVED our stay! Perfect location-close to everything you’d want. Condo was beautiful and decorated really lovely. Master bedroom mattress was pretty uncomfortable and overall general cleanliness wasn’t great but nothing that majorly impacted our stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Best view EVER!

What a perfect getaway. The unit was lovely - recently remodeled, well appointed, tasteful, fresh design choices. The view is truly awesome. It’s a great place to visit any time of year. We enjoyed the sea colony amenities and the unseasonably warm weather. We’ll be back!
