This is a stunning 1st-floor condo with views to match! Located just outside the lovely town of Bethany Beach. This condo is part of the Sea Colony Resort complex. Staying here gives you access to all of the amazing amenities that Sea Colony offers.

That includes a PRIVATE beach for Sea Colony owners and guests only. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. 2 gyms each with an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna and locker room on location. Multiple outdoor pools. Tennis and basketball courts. Free shuttle between Sea Colony East (Oceanside) and West (Inland) locations. Did we mention the private beach???

This condo truly offers the best of the shore any time of the year. Maybe you prefer the summer months or maybe the off-season months. Whenever you decide to visit there are always a multitude of activities, events, shopping and food options available to you. The location is perfect as it gives you easy access to both the DE and MD shores.

If you care to venture out a short drive will get you to:

No matter what you to decide to do or when you decide to come there is something for everyone. So come get your toes in the sand and sleep to the sounds of the ocean!

All of the information you’ll need for your stay, including what you need to bring and how to access the condo, can be found on the VRBO app under “Welcome Guide”. VRBO will also email it to you within a week of your arrival. Within three days the code for the e lock will also become available.

Please note that ALL Sea Colony condos require guest badges to purchased from Sea Colony. Rates depend on time of year.

Please note we no longer offer linen and towel rentals. We recommend Gale Force Rentals. They will offer all of our guests a 10% discount on their order and they offer drop off and pick up.

Wonderful stay!

This unit was immaculately clean and well-appointed! And you can't beat the location - you can walk right out to the beach or pool with no elevator. Even the parking space is extremely convenient. The owner provided a thorough welcome packet with every bit of information we needed before we arrived which was much appreciated. My husband and I stayed there with my elderly parents and our three children ages 4, 7, and 10 and it was just perfect for us! We had a wonderful stay!

Another great year with the grandmas!

If you're traveling with seniors or anyone with mobility limitations, this is the perfect place for you! The whole condo is clean and comfortable, and the accessible bathroom with a roll in shower is wonderful! The hosts are great to work with and it's so convenient to be on the first floor.

Perfect little beach spot

Definitely would stay here again! This unit was very clean and conveniently located. Love the fact that the reserved parking spot was next to the stairwell which was steps away from the front door. For a first floor unit I wasn’t expecting to have a view and was pleasantly surprised. We loved having the convenience of walking out the sliding doors to the beach. You are steps away from one of the many pools and a short walk to the indoor pool. The only minor issue we had was pulling out the bed from the couch. It was really difficult to pull out. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great place

This was our 2nd stay at this property and we have loved it both times. You can't beat the location with the pool and beach right both a few steps from the door. The condo is clean, spacious and well equipped. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay!! The property was exactly as described. It was well kept and stocked with what we needed. Pre arrival, the property owner was very helpful, and provided detailed information regarding check-in process and location. I would highly recommend this property.

Great stay

My family stayed at this property for a week in August. It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. My parents had a hallway with their own bedroom and bathroom. The beach and multiple pools are just steps away. We had a wonderful week. This is a lovely, well kept property and fantastic location.

All in all - 4.5 out of 5 stars

Air Conditioner Issue. When we first arrived the thermostat was set at 75. After a few hours, the temperature in the apartment was 78, although the thermostat was still set at 75. A quick call to the owner, and a very fast response from maintenance, was able to rectify the problem. Thank you!! Re: Welcome Guide, page 4: It states that "2 badges or less with come.... 3 or more badges will come with two parking passes... This was a bit misleading that the badges "come" with the parking pass. It should be noted that you must purchase each badge; no badges come with the parking pass. Re: Pull Out Sofa in Living Room: We had a need to use the pull out sofa; however due to the fact that the table in front of the sofa was very heavy, we were not able to move the table to open up the sofa. Sleeps 10? Eight would be max. Living room sleep sofa/futon? Was there supposed to be a futon somewhere? Also, again due to the very heavy table in the living room, we could not straighten out the carpet in the living room which resulted in several people tripping on the carpet (grandparents and children). Re: Dining Room Table/Chairs: Two of the chair legs on the dining chair with arms was wobbly. This was due to the fact of a missing nut. Re: Pool Picture on VRBO site: The picture is a bit misleading as we thought the pool was directly in front of the condo. Re: Bedroom with Sliding Doors: The doors did not slide well. Consider another door alternative.

Great location and property

Sea Colony is perfect for families and this condo is a great location on the first floor. The beds were very comfortable in the 3 rooms and the kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint would be that the living room furniture could use an update, but the owner seemed receptive to that. Would definitely stay again

Great condo, perfect for older family members

The condo is comfortable and well-equipped, especially with an accessible shower and a handicap access bar near the toilet in one of the bathrooms. The view from the living room is wonderful. It's so nice being on the first floor so the grandmas did not have to take an elevator up and down to the beach/pool. We loved all the Sea Colony amenities and are definitely looking forward to coming back.

Great week!

Had a great experience at the Sea Colony and in this unit. Can’t beat the first floor walkout. Plenty of space for my family. Sliding glass door in the back was a challenge at times. Don’t agree with Sea Colony policy of a 5 year old needing a $45 badge for the week. However, we really enjoyed our stay and will come back again. This is a nice unit. Easy access to the beach and pool. This property definitely met our needs. Owner was very accessible and provided excellent customer service. We had a great time!

First timers at Bethany Beach/ Sea Colony

We are glad to have experienced all the resort had to offer. We typically rent a house for our family vacation and this was a nice change. Harbour House was wonderful and exactly as described. There were more rules than we are used to while staying in a larger complex; no hanging towels outside on the rails, most pools close at 6, when renting chairs (you have to go down daily and let them know where you want them placed). I know little things but they count. There are nice large carts for luggage, great ramps to the beach for wheelchairs, beach wagons, or strollers. The whole beach and complex was very clean! The pools were awesome, the lifeguards were very knowledgeable and professional, the Sea Colony staff was very friendly, the beach/ ocean was very crowded. Loved how there were so many restaurants in walking distance, mini-golf, and bikes to rent. Another great family vacation for all ages (3-60s).
