    Start your day with coffee on the screened porch overlooking the peaceful duck pond and pine trees. When you're ready to hit the sand, take advantage of two free Bethany Beach parking passes or hop on the beach trolley that stops just steps from your door.

    What if I have to cancel?
    In the event Guest requests cancellation of this Agreement for any reason, Broker will undertake reasonable efforts to re-rent the Property. Guest must make the request for cancellation in writing to the attention of Broker. If the Property is rented to a third party for the same amount, the gross rent will be returned to the defaulting Guest less 15% of the gross rent, plus a processing fee. If the Property is rented for less, Guest shall be responsible for the difference. If the Property is not rented to a third party, then the defaulting Guest will remain responsible for the entire rental amount.

Townhouse was spotless and plenty of room, pool within walking distance and location is a very secluded area. Enjoyed being located away from downtown Bethany but short trip to beaches.

The location and pool access were fantastic. The house itself was dated but fine. Water pressure and hot water were good. Beds, pillows, and furniture in general was all just ok. Everything was fine, would stay there again.

Small but okay

The property was in a very nice location, and we loved the available pool. Furnishings were adequate, but my husband got a backache from the master bed. Dining room table was right near a step down that was precarious, and the kitchen was small with a table in front of the frig.

Extra Villa for Annual Famiky Gathering

Our family has owned a unit in the Villas since 1989. Now that our family has grown to include spouses, grandchildren, etc, we now need 3 Villas for this extended family vacation. This unit is a 3BR, 2.5 bath like ours with a 3 season porch on the back. This unit had plenty of seating for all of us and just the right number of beds. This unit is also due for some upgrades, with the kitchen being the most needed. We were also disappointed that beach chairs were not provided. Luckily we had plenty at our own unit. This Villa was located near the pool and trolley stop and in sight of our own property which worked out great for us.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great rental. Great beds, awesome porch. The parking passes are amazing and make the location work. Issues: The AC needed a charge when we were there. The rental company called to get the contracted HVAC people and they came at 9:30pm. It was a hassle, but good to get help so quickly. The only other update I'd suggest is the coffee maker pot. It is good to have this for large parties, but this pot had all sort of issues and should be replaced.

Great property minus ants

We love the Villas of Bethany West! Beg Being Able to drive to the beach or take the trolley is perfect. We also enjoy the on property amenities. The only problem we had was that on our 5th night (of 7), hundreds of ants came in through a second story window. When discovered, they were under my son's bedding, and even under his fitted sheet. I alerted the rental company, washed the bedding, and put traps out. My son slept on the pullout couch our last two nights. We were given $100 back from our rental fee, which seems low given how disgusting it was. The owners seemed to think that it was our fault that the ants were there, even though there was no food in the bedroom. I would rent through Wilgus Associates again, but not this property as I am disappointed with the owners' response.
