You have found the perfect family vacation property! This Taylor Hart Design (fb) condo has no detail, luxury or specification spared! Enjoy direct & amazing ocean/beach views from the 5th floor at this Farragut House condo!

This 5th floor condo is near the point of the Farragut House, provides stunning ocean views and is just high enough to give your family privacy during your vacation. You can take the elevator or stairs to get to the private beach (that has multiple lifeguards).

3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 guests:
* Master suite with king bed, flatscreen TV, private bath and sleep to sounds of the ocean waves!
* Bedroom #2 has king bed and flatscreen TV.
* Bedroom #3 is a great kids room with 3 custom beds (Double/Single bunk and Single XL bed), charging station and flatscreen TV.
* Bedding provided for all beds

2 Baths:
* Master bath, large vanity, quartz top, walk-in shower w/corner seat, glass doors and rainfall shower head.
* Guest bath has quartz top, tub, glass sliding doors and rainfall shower head

Kitchen is a custom/spacious design, custom cabinets with soft touch drawers and doors, premium granite counters, stainless appliances, island seating, pantry and stocked with everything you need on vacation.

Dining room has custom bench/table that seats 8 and also a butler bar with premium granite and charging station.

Family room has sectional, custom console stocked with board games and 72" flatscreen TV, relax while overlooking the ocean!

Laundry center with full-sized washer and dryer.

Premium large plank hardwood throughout, with tile in baths.

Balcony has table and chairs.

Private and locked storage locker for all your beach chairs, umbrella and toys. If you don t want to bring beach chairs or umbrella, you can rent them for the week and have them set up for you daily by the beach staff.

Convenient electronic keyless entry system for condo.

Reserved parking space is in covered garage at Level 1.

All towels and linens are provided.

No additional fee for cleaning & no sales tax.

No pets or smoking allowed inside or outside the condo.

This condo is just steps to the following: Oceanside Deli that has sandwiches/homemade pretzels/pizza/ drinks/pastries/Starbucks coffee/ice cream/etc, outdoor snack stand, indoor pool, fitness center and 2 outdoor pools. In addition to the world-class tennis facility with 34 indoor/outdoor courts on the west side of property (accessible via shuttle, walking or car) the ocean condo complex also has 4 tennis courts, basketball court and is just a 5-minute walk from your condo. Buy your summer weekly recreation badge for $40/person for 4 and older across the street at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe. Parking pass for the week is included with your recreation badges.

You are directly across the street from Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins, CVS, liquor store and the Bethany Boathouse restaurant. Take a 15 minute stroll and you will be at the charming Bethany Beach boardwalk, restaurants and shops.

Wonderful View and Just Steps from the Ocean

This Sea Colony unit has the most splendid view of lovely Bethany Beach and very comfortable living spaces. We did most of our cooking at home and found everything we needed. The beach walk from Farragut to Bethany Beach was just long enough to justify ice cream treats!

Family Reunion for Aging Relatives

My sister and I took two aunts and our mother (ranging in age from 81 to 91 to Bethany to see their cousin potentially for the last time. They had spent many years vacationing in Bethany and wanted to experience a walk down memory lane. The condo was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the beach. It was clean, well designed and beautifully decorated. We had an absolutely perfect time!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and maintained condo. The weather did not cooperate but Laurie did everything she could to help make it perfect, including an early check in. We will definitely come back!

Perfect Fall Getaway

This property is unmatched! We’ve visited friends who have stayed here before. This was our first time renting and we would absolutely do it again. It’s clean, beautifully designed, and convenient to all things Bethany. It’s worth the price. Grateful for a warm November weekend to visit.

Gotta go back!

Stop looking at other properties. If you need room for up to eight people you are in the right place. If you want a family-friendly location you found it. If you want a condo on a high floor with a great view of the ocean, beach and pool you got it. Bethany Beach is relaxing and refreshing. You have food options and shopping options right across the street. You are a short walk from the downtown area for more options. You are a short drive to Rehoboth Beach for even more options. Make the drive south to Assateague to kayak with the wild horses. Take time to relax in a great condo with all the things you need for the week. TV’s in each bedroom gave people the option to split off by themselves. The balcony gave others the option to read and people watch. The kitchen gave us the option to cook dinner and play games on the huge kitchen table. Want to have a relaxing vacation- stay here.

First beach vacation in three years

And it did not disappoint. The condo was lovely, with beachy but not kitschy decor. Every possible amenity was available. It felt recently updated. The view from the balcony was oceanfront and afforded spectacular sunrises and the occasional rainbow. An easy 15 minute walk to Bethany shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

A Perfect Week Away!!

What a beautiful property!! We loved the central location and the ease of access to everything. The pool and beach were steps away, as well as, restaurants and shopping.
