Things to Know:
- Lease Agreement: Required by Delaware law; sent electronically after booking.
- Parking: Parking passes are issued based on number of guest badges purchased. Maximum 2 parking passes per rental. 1–2 badges = 1 reserved parking pass under building. 3+ badges = 2 parking passes (second pass is open on-site parking).
- No pets, no smoking, no parties.
- Primary renter must be 25+ and be prepared to show ID upon arrival.
- Linens and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach gear.

Sea Colony charges a mandatory per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. The fees are collected separately.
