Wedding weekend

Absolutely loved our stay at Unity Ranch. We had family from all over the country travel to Bertram for a wedding and the ranch was a perfect location for us! Clean, comfortable, spacious and so much fun! Everyone in our group loved it!

This was the perfect spot for our small family reunion. There were plent of things for everyone to do. Our group included ages 81 down to 3 months.

Great property for large family get-together.

We rented this property for Thanksgiving weekend. Property and amenities were great. Plenty of space and all in excellent condition.Game room was also a hit for late night entertainment.

Fabulous Ranch House

We spend the weekend and was a great fun. Very well maintained property. Fun for all ages. Great place for family or friends gathering. Has various sports activity(Outdoor and Indoor),beautiful swimming pool, hot tub and great living and outdoor space. Beautiful Outdoor and Indoor Kitchen. Had a great time and will definitely visit again.I will highly recommend this place for fun filled gatherings.

Great Place!

The entire group enjoy the stay at the Bertram Retreat. we took a group of students to compete in a State BBQ Cookoff in a nearby community. The students loved the outside games, pool area and game room. The adults enjoyed the space and the ability to divide up with students and not have the entire group in one house. Very clean and refreshing!

Birthday Family Gathering

The location was selected because it was central to families living in west Texas, DFW Metroplex and Houston area. The pool, basketball court and pickleball allowed for a lot of fun outdoor activities. Kids from 3-8 years old had a ton of fun as did the younger adults. The older folks were quite comfortable watching everyone have fun. There was plenty of room for our families to spread out and have their own space which was nice after a long day.

Whole family loved it

I had a family of 23 that stayed. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Amenities were amazing for everyone age 3- 67. We had issues with the cleanliness of the pool/ hot tub but both evolve addressed the issues in a timely manner and we were understanding since it was a same day turnaround. We also had the AC in house 3 freeze over but our guest contact was able to remotely get it taken care of in under 30 min. We took our own necessities, just to be prepared but all three homes had ample amount of necessities for us all.Worst part about our stay was having to leave.We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Place

Plenty of activities! Pickleball, basketball, pool table, volleyball court, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fire pit. My family agreed we would book this place again.The things that were bothersome:- very difficult to get replies from the host, evidently VRBO hast to contact another host called Evolve. A lot of money spent on this reservation and VRBO has to contact someone else to get answers. - The location on the VRBO website is incorrect and you will not find anything there on google maps. We finally got an address from VRBO and google maps showed the same location. So we did some extra research and found a place called Unity Ranch near Bertram. This is the place and the proper address.

Family Trip

The place was very nice and everyone had a great time. However, we experienced numerous issues, and trying to get a hold of the host was very difficult, and Several times I would bring up an issue, it was completely ignored. The wifi didn't work, we found bugs throughout the house, the pool was swimmable but was cloudy and was starting to smell. The pool cleaner told us there was an issue that was brought to their attention over a month ago, but they have not been given the approval to fix it and we had some plumbing issues as well. After all of the issues, there was 0 effort from the host to try to make it right in any way. Again, the place was nice and had plenty of things for everyone in our group to do, but the lack of response and hospitality from the host was disappointing.
