Viatges a Berrow

Easy parking. Lovely staff. The room was really clean and comfortable. Check-in and out was very easy. Only thing we were unsure about is opening times for the restaurant were but other than that a really lovely stay and would come again.

The hotel spa was dirty and had dead flies everywhere in and around the pool. There was a light hanging down from the ceiling in the steam room. Multiple lights smashed in the carpark. We also didn’t have any towels in our room upon arrival.

Very surprised at the cleanliness and tidiness at the property. Staff pleasant and helpful.

We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival with lots of fuss made over our dog. We booked a family room ( not sure we were allocated the room we booked) and were allocated room 1. The room was very small and didn’t have any kind of view. We had to switch the air conditioning off because it was very noisy. Room looked a bit tired. Lovely basket with dog treats, dog bowl and poo bags left for us. Sparce choice for adults and nothing for our daughter. We ate in the restaurant, staff were very friendly but service was slow. We enjoyed our food when it arrived. Breakfast was ok but you didn’t get a lot of choice. The hotel room was fairly cheap when we booked, the hotels in s nice spot with plenty of parking. Was it good value? Yes. Would we recommend? Yes. Would we stay again? Yes for the same rate that we paid .

The Manor Inn is pretty much perfect! The pub itself is beautiful with many original and historic features. In contrast, the rooms have many modern features such as aircon which made my stay very comfortable. The pub garden is beautiful, breakfast is well organised and the staff are helpful.
