A kitchen equipped with small fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, oven, 1 coffee machine (with Dolce Gusto capsule), kettle and an induction hob.

Shower, heated towel rail, washbasin with illuminated mirror, hairdryer, storage space and WC.

- 1 outdoor space:
Shared balcony, and a private parking space "44".

Out of respect for the neighborhood, no parties will be tolerated in the apartment. Noise must also be limited after 10 p.m.
