This one of a kind, waterfront property is the best of both worlds. Country meets the beach! Imagine sitting by the water listening to the birds first thing in the morning or perhaps sipping on a cocktail after a day at the beach! You will enjoy the peace and serenity of country life while being just steps from the water! Bring your paddle board & your kayaks or grab a bushel of crabs from Elliott's Seafood while sitting at the picnic table enjoying the sunset. Bring your own boat or rent ours.
The inside of this home offers plenty of room to entertain, cook or just playing games while making memories that will last a lifetime!
Located close to Assateague Island , Frontier Town Western Theme park and water park, miniature golf, Baja Amusements & Sinepuxent Brewing Company! It is just a short drive to Sunset Marina, the harbor or even OC beach and Boardwalk!

Wonderful autumnal stay

We traveled to OC for a mid-October wedding. This location was perfect for our family stay. The home was well stocked for cooking. Lots of room to relax, prepare and serve meals. Spacious bedrooms. W/D. Sitting area on the canal— great for morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, attractions and Assateaque beaches. Short drive to OC — we dined at and highly recommend Spain Wine Bar. Easy access to restaurants in West Ocean City. Short drive to event venue Deerfield Farm. Terrific accommodation in a quiet neighborhood. Responsive host.

The Perfect Family Getaway

This place is perfect! It’s located a little bit a ways from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City but it was soooooo easy to get back and forth to the beach! The quiet neighborhood and generously spaced home was perfect for a family vacation. Everyone had enough room to feel comfortable in their own spaces but also enough space for us all to hang in the living/dining room!
