The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a villa and is 100sqm in size. The living room has a fireplace, a beautiful large dining table and a XXL sofa to relax. There is also a balcony with seating area and parasol. Both bedrooms and the relax area are equipped with TV. The master bedroom has a large bed 180x200 with television and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a 140x200 bed and an American walk-in closet.
The bathroom is very bright with window, bathtub with shower facility and towel rack.
The kitchen is fully equipped. These include a designer fridge / freezer, dishwasher, stove and plenty of inventory. Coffee enjoyment is provided by the DeLonghi coffee machine.
The apartment is newly furnished and offers sleeping space for 4 people in the bedroom. There is also the possibility to accommodate two more people on a deployable air bed in the living area. You live in the middle of nature, can take walks z. B. to one of the adjacent riding stables. On foot you reach in 3 minutes pharmacy, restaurants, ReWe, Aldi and post office. In about 10 minutes they are in Sterncenter Potsdam. In the city of Potsdam you need about 15 minutes to Sanssouci and other attractions, bathing beaches, the "White Fleet" with beautiful excursion steamers and much more. 7min to the train station (Dessau-Berlin), regional bus lines. In 3 minutes to the motorway exit / connection A115 Berliner Ring or highway L78. This will take you to Berlin center in 20 minutes, 40 minutes to Potsdamer Platz with all its entertainment, musicals, casino and numerous restaurants. In 30 minutes you are on the famous "KuDamm" / KaDeWe.
