This apartment is on the second and third floors of a duplex. It is located in the heart of the White Mountains in Berlin, NH. From the front door, you can ride your snowmobile or ATV down the street and onto the trails.

The property offers something for everyone with world class skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and ATV riding all within arms reach.

This unit was just renovated with an updated kitchen, bathroom and furnishings. Kick back and relax with super fast WiFi and YouTube TV (60+ channels including all the major sports channels).

Very clean and well kept

Very nice upper unit of a duplex, no issues with cleanliness or other amenities. The only slight issue was being next to a main road which meant some occasionally loud truck traffic but not a huge detriment.

The Best Place to Stay in Berlin, NH

During my stay in Berlin, New Hampshire, I had the pleasure of staying at a truly exceptional accommodation. One of the standout features of this place was the impeccable layout. The kitchen island was a personal favorite of mine, providing the perfect space for me to finish up my psychiatric notes from the day while my wife utilized it as a workspace. The owners went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even providing us with cable internet, which was a tremendous help for my work and allowed my wife to stay with me. I was also impressed by the thoughtful design of the room. The upstairs bed provided me with a sense of privacy and relaxation, making it easy for me to escape and unwind after a long day. The laundry room was a great convenience, allowing me to complete my chores while enjoying a cup of coffee. The little warmer in the bathroom after a hot shower was a nice touch, ensuring my comfort even after I had finished bathing. The lady responsible for cleaning was attentive and kind, always ensuring we had enough supplies and keeping the place spotless. I even noticed that the place had been recently repainted, giving it a refreshing and revitalized look. The unique character of the area was also a highlight of our stay. North country has its own charm, and the old-style houses added to the quaint and historic vibe of the location. Fabulous host and property!

The property was incredibly well maintained spotless and exactly as described in the pictures and the description. Would highly recommend this host. Very well appointed well-thought-out most everything you could possibly need to make yourself feel at home. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area!

the heating system was broken, the owner provided noisy heaters. the sofa bed is not good even for one person, definetly not for two people. the house looks very old and scary, although inside is good. Owner was not willing to provide any compensation for the discomfort.

Perfect Little Apartment for Our Needs

We were up for a week and wanted to stay an extra night/day in the white mountains and this place was available. We were lucky they were so accommodating and we were able to grab it! Everything was spotless and included everything we needed and more. Pots, pans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Netflix, a/c, etc. It worked out great and was perfect distance to where we wanted to go for the day! Highly recommend!

Great condo for hiking base

We got this condo to act as a base for hiking in the White mountains and the location was ideal to access the trailheads. The kitchen had a lot of storage space. Plenty of parking. the process to access the lock sounded like it was going to be complicated but it was not. Thanks for the rental!

Nice apartament

Has everything you need, very clean and nice inside. We felt comfortable. Ceiling upstairs are low , keep that in mind if you are tall (over 6 feet). Location is just ok. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Clean and perfect location

My wife and I had wanted to try an ATV trip. This location was perfect. Place was updated and extremely clean. Willing to accommodate and communicated quickly when asked any questions. Can ride your ATV from the property on the road to the trails a mile or two away in Berlin & Gorham. Thanks for the great accommodations. We will stay again next time!

Location is outstanding  .. easy access to local markets, historical sights, parks and attractions. Communication and money matters were efficient in the rental process, with clear instructions supplied regarding access and other logistical matters in the welcome communication. Response was prompt when a question regarding the apartment was posed. This is a spacious and completely updated apartment, including modern kitchen appliances, electrical outlets, clothes washer and dryer and bathroom.   Pictures are accurate, WiFi is consistent, appliances, televisions and plumbing work as intended.  Kitchen met our dining needs including stove, microwave and full size side by side refrigerator with icemaker, and was well supplied with serveware, cutlery and utility items.  The full size clothes washer and dryer were most welcome. Coffee supplies, and condiments were very nice to have as were shampoo, conditioner, and body and hand wash in the bathroom. Linens are of nice quality and bed is comfortable. Window airconditioner was most welcome at night in the August heat. Given the opportunity,  no doubt we would seek this accommodation again.
