The apartment was perfect for traveling with another couple. The location was close to two stops we used regularly. There are also a few bakeries and restaurants nearby.

Nice apartment in Berlin

This was a great apartment located in the western part of Berlin, with convenient access to public transportation and all major attractions. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. It felt welcoming and comfortable throughout. The host was very responsive and helpful.One thing to note is that the neighborhood had some homeless people and individuals who appeared intoxicated, but this seems to be a general issue in parts of Berlin rather than a reflection on the apartment itself.

Modern, clean well well-equipped apartment.The location is not central to Berlin tourist attractions, however the train and tram are close to the apartment with a 20 minute ride into central Berlin.One bedroom needs blinds at windows as I gets very light in the room at 4.30 am onwards. TV was in and out, so couldn't watch news during down time due to connection issues.Apartment manager was very communicative and easy to reach.

Ideal base in a lovely area

Tim and Matteo were very helpful, everything was seemless and smooth. The flat is in a lovely residential area with some quiet bars and restaurants and a lot of green.The location is a few kilometres walk or a short tram or U-Bahn ride away from a lot of tourist spots.We hope to come back soon!

Amazing gem in the most wonderful neighborhood!

Tim and Matteo's property was absolutely outstanding in every way. The listing doesn't do it justice. Extremely clean, modern and attractive. Provided such a nice amount of space, matresses outstanding. Located so close, only 2 blocks from Ubahn to everything!!!! Awesome for families with kids, high chair, pack n play.

Christmas Markets and history in Berlin

The location was perfect! Nice quiet neighborhood, close to public transportation and grocery stores. Apartment was very clean and Matteo was very attentive! Would definitely stay there again if we return to Berlin.

Wonderful modern, clean, comfortable and well located apartment!

We really enjoyed our 3-night stay in this apartment. It is very nice, comfortable, and clean. The bathrooms are modern and showers were awesome! The location worked great for us as it is a short walk to a tram stop and also a U-Bahn stop. There is large Kaufland grocery store nearby with everything you could want! We cooked dinners and found the hot plate worked great and there is also a new air fryer. The Nespresso machine, with lots of coffee pods was very much enjoyed. There is a huge TV with streaming options. Washing machine and dryer worked well. We were able to check-in early on our arrival day which we greatly appreciated. Entry to the apartment is with the Nuki app. It permits operation of 2 different locks on the same screen- top circle for the outer door to the building and bottom circle for the door to the apartment down the hall on the right. Each door is to be unlocked with Nuki when standing in front of it. Some instructions about this sent out in advance would make the whole process very straightforward. Matteo and Tim were very welcoming and accommodating. They are responsive and committed to ensure you enjoy your stay at My Happy Place. We would definitely return for another enjoyable stay and highly recommend it.

Schöne Wohnung in extrem guter Lage.

Sehr schöne, saubere Wohnung in extrem guter Lage. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, mit der Tram oder der U-Bahn ist man in wenigen Minuten an Hauptbahnhof und auch sehr viele Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen. Von der Dönerbude über Pizzzeria bis zum Restaurant gibt es für jeden etwas. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Werden auf jeden Fall versuchen die Wohnung im nächsten Jahr wieder zu bekommen.

Delightful Place

We enjoyed staying at the Happy Place. It was very clean and the amenities were fantastic. Matteo was absolutely delightful and very helpful. The location is across from a Cafe, which was great but it could be a bit noisy late at night sometimes. Nevertheless, the location is perfect for touring Berlin.

Perfect for us

The accommodation was exactly as seen in the photos. Modern, clean and with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable and being able to wash and dry our laundry was great. It is located in a suburban neighbourhood which worked for us because we were staying for 5 nights. It's quiet and feels safe. It took a couple of days to get to the hang of the public transport system and once we did it made travelling to the main tourist attractions easy. There is a tram stop down one end of the street, a U-Bahn station within 5 minutes walk and also buses. Matteo was very good at communicating with us - we had quite a few questions before we arrived. We were also able to check-in early on our arrival day which we greatly appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't want to stay in the bustle of the city. It's a lovely apartment.

We had an excellent experience staying here. The neighborhood was lovely. The host was available and communicative. We were able to drop our bags early. The apartment was as pictured and quite comfortable for 5 adults.
