My big old apartment is the adequate accommodation for you. Individually and modern furnished, fully equipped, in Berlin's best location, conveniently located and quiet. Citytax (7,5%) will be collected upon arrival.
The apartment is located in the wing on the right, in the 1st. Floor. All windows face the large green and quiet courtyard. The total living area is 100 square meters, which means you have plenty of space. In the beautiful living room of the Berlin apartment you can make yourself comfortable on a red leather sofa. In front of it is a round table with a mosaic. Also this part is a pronounced work of art, which only exists once. The room is particularly comfortable with a warm color scheme in yellow and red. The light wooden floorboards also create a cozy atmosphere. The area of the sofa corner is emphasized by a hand-tufted carpet made of pure wool. The design is from me. On the walls hangs a special photo and a work of art. There is a comfortable, extra large sofa bed for two persons. Each has its own mattress 80 x 200 cm in size. Of course, a TV with cable connection is available. There are three dressers with many games and information material. In the bedroom of the apartment is a large double bed with a double mattress 180 x 200 cm of the best quality. A table with a great leather chair that you can work on is available here. In the book cabinets with dark red and green doors you will find space for your personal belongings and on the shelves you will find many books, if you want to relax from the exciting city of Berlin. The room is decorated in green and dark red tones. The second bedroom is sunny with blue elements. Here is a lot of natural wood to find. Among other things, a nice old cupboard. You can comfortably plan the excursion destinations in the armchair. A person can sleep in the old tubular steel bed. The second may use the popular bed on the high floor. Here I can set up a bed for your baby or toddler. For your children there are also toys and many books. In this apartment in the center of Berlin natural woods in combination with fresh blue and turquoise tones of the kitchen give the design line. You can cook at the central kitchen block while chatting with the assembled group. It is always the most comfortable in the kitchen. All necessary utensils, which one needs for the preparation of the most delightful menus, are present. They have a dishwasher, a gas oven, fridge and freezer. But also a basic equipment with food, such as sugar salt, spices, pasta tea, coffee, oil and vinegar are available for you at your fingertips. This basic equipment of consumables is replenished by the guests again and again. In a small cabinet you will find a beautiful shell collection. The bathroom is decorated in bright white and there are bright red accents on the towel rails, hooks and towels. There is a bath, of course, toilet and sink. There is also a washing machine at your disposal. And shelves. From the large, covered balcony you have a beautiful view of the green courtyard of the house. The reliefs are about 300 years old. It is believed that they were made for a city gate that was not built.
