New dinning room table and chairs for the 2025 Season. New mattress on the bottom bunk of the pyramid bed plus new heat pump on the 2nd floor for 2024 Season. A new queen size mattress was put in both the downstairs master bedroom and the upstairs 4th bedroom in 2023. This home accepts any day check in for your convenience. Make your vacation memories in this 2 story home located in the Ocean Pines community. Take advantage of all the community has to offer. Plan a family picnic lunch at the park, let the kids run off their energy at one of the many playgrounds, or schedule a tennis or golf outing (fees apply). This 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom home has room for the whole family. The chef in the family will appreciate the stainless steel appliances and fully equipped kitchen. The open floor plan allows you to have access to the kitchen, dining area, living room, and bar with ample natural light from the sliders. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs, one being the master. The master bathroom has a tiled shower and floors and granite countertops. Enjoy a day of sun at the beach in Ocean City or catch some waves at Assateague. The thrill seekers will love a boardwalk stroll filled with games, food, and amusement rides. For those quieter evenings, gather on the screened porch or deck for refreshments and conversation. Bed sizes are: 2 Queens, 1 Full futon, and 1 Pyramid Bunk (New mattress on bottom bed of pyramid bunk for 2024). There is a new A/C heat pump on the 2nd floor for 2024 season. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. Non-Group Rental, not available for high school/college "Beach Week." Cancellation fee will apply. NO PETS

Perfect Getaway

This was our third time to Ocean City and by far the best location to all of our favorite spots! This rental house was a fantastic find! The house was clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches. Plenty of room for 7 of us comfortably. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking in this area!

Great shady getaway for a beach trip

House was adorably beach themed, clean and everything was professionally managed. The large kitchen and open floor plan made it easy to hang out. I especially loved the screened-in porch. The house was fully stocked with supplies including soap, toilet paper, and kitchen appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, electric foreman grill) plus there were beach chairs and toys in the garage. There was no outdoor grill that I saw but instructions implied there might have been one in the past. My only complaint was that the kids room has a skylight so my child woke up with the summer sun (6:30-7am) and fell asleep only when it was dark (9pm)…if your kid is not a heavy sleeper, it might be best if you go further from summer solstice or bring an eye mask.

Honey blue was AMAZING

It was six adults and two children at the age of 10 years old. It was fully stocked very roomy. We majority of the time stayed on the screen and easy access to the beach even on Labor Day weekend!!! Will definitely be booking here again 😁 I recommend this to EVERYONE. Very kid friendly too.

Amazing stay

This home was wonderful, it fit our large family perfectly with plenty of room for everyone. It had wonderful privacy for a housing community and is just a short drive to all attractions. This was our third trip staying on Ocean Pines we love the area, we highly recommend the area and this home for future stays.

Perfect for our needs

The house was perfect for our needs. We shared the house with two of my daughters softball teammates and their parents and the room set ups were perfect to accomodate everyone. Everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook many of our meals rather than go out to eat. If I was positive about the dates I need a house for next summer, I would have already booked the house again. Hoping it will be available again next year when I am ready to book.

AWESOME PROPERTY!

This property did not disappoint! It was beautiful! Well kept and stocked with needed items. The location is quiet and was perfect for our little group of 4. We were looking for a place to be together and relax and this was perfect. Only a few hiccups, but nothing that overshadowed our stay! We would definitely come back again.
