This one-of-a-kind home is a tranquil oasis in the vibrant Mitte neighborhood. Deemed the “historic core” of the city, guests will find themselves surrounded by traditional architecture and some of the oldest gastronomic treasures in the city.

Come home to Granada to experience unique design. The bedroom is artfully decorated, with plenty of storage space. The stylish bathroom is complete with modern fittings and rustic design touches. Stepping into a spa-like oasis, Granada invites guests to take a soak in its elegant bathtub.

The living area is surrounded by glass windows, drowning the space in natural light and a sofabed. The kitchen is complete not only with all appliances, but also utensils. Enjoy a meal at the breakfast nook indoor dining area, which is surrounded by glass. Granada also features a dedicated workstation for those working remotely. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to help you escape the Berlin summer heat.

The real star of the show is Granada’s expansive rooftop terrace. Enjoy a meal, or two, at the terrace table, or savor an afternoon read or entertaining in the grassland-inspired outdoor area. Also, breathe in the stunning sights of the city with Granada’s panoramic views.

Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
