Estate on Market located within walking distance to all of Berlin’s shops and dining areas. After a long day of shopping, you can enjoy a very clean and welcoming space large enough to host 10 people.

Prior to your arrival you will be given a code to the keyless entry. If you would like to meet me and chat about local restaurants and destinations. I would love to give you some ideas.

For your safety we have security cameras located at the front door and at the garage door.

House was in immaculate condition, clean, and very up-to-date. All rooms were spacious. We had eight adults and never felt cramped. Host made herself very available but we didn't have any issues to even contact her about. The only suggestion we would have is the kitchen could have used one more larger pot for the stove. Other than that, everything was exceptional!

Perfect location if you like to be near downtown, especially if you don't mind walking. Very quiet neighborhood. Beautiful House, very well maintained. Lots of space to hang out and enjoy your stay here. Living room has a tv and the basement is fitted out as its own space if you have two separate families staying here, it's perfect. We definitely would stay here again.Plus Anna Mae left us a bunch of yummy treats and we appreciate it so much! She also has plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. So thoughtful of her!

One of the best VRBO properties we ever stayed at.We enjoyed our time at the Estate on Market. We would definitely stay again. The only thing I would say is the upstairs bedrooms were a little too warm. I think, maybe, there needs to be a return air upstairs. An absolutely beautiful home. It accommodated the 10 of us easily! It's in a very convenient location, close to everything! It has everything you need. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The basement was like another house in itself with it's own spacious, full size kitchen, full bath, large living room and large bedroom. I DEFINITELY recommend this house and would stay there again. Thank you to the host for sharing their beautiful home with us!

Comfy Home Away from Home!

This was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in!! It was super clean and comfortable. Great care was taken by Anna to insure we had the appropriate amenities from toiletries to comfy bedding and blankets! Thank you for the lovely local treats…we truly appreciated it! This will definitely be added to our list of places to return!
