"We returned to the Chambery Inn to celebrate my wife's birthday and the Memorial Day weekend. We were very happy with our choice. We stayed in a beautiful room (203), which included a spacious sitting area and a well-appointed bath. The breakfast were nicely prepared and presented. The Inn provided timely information prior and during our stay. We will be back in the future. "

"The hotel was 4-weeks old - so the room had that "new" smell. We were there for an evening stopover driving into Boston from Toronto with kids. Thus, having a working indoor pool was important. Parking was amply available and the free breakfast was a god-send since it helped us save a few bucks with the terrible exchange rate us Canadians have to contend with! "We were surprised to see that facility was an old motel. That was not indicated in the photos. The facility, location and staff were both excellent and we would definitely stay there again. The room was terrific. "

"Beautiful hotel, very well-maintained. Friendly professional, welcoming staff. Rooms are beautiful, well appointed and very comfortable. Exceptional service by the staff at this particular property. We ended up leaving something behind by mistake and they immediately called us and let us know that we had left something in the room that was important to us. We really appreciate the extra special personalized service. When in the area, we will definitely stay here again. "

"This was a return stay at Eden Rock. The room is modern, well-appointed, clean, with very comfortable beds. Access to an outside area is pleasant. "Great value for families! The welcoming staff, location (Lenox/Pittsfield border), spacious suite, and ample amenities made for a fantastic vacation. No free breakfast but there are several dining options and markets nearby. Gorgeous view of the sunset from the upper floors. There was a note of upcoming renovations so looking forward to what else they have in store. "
