  • This Berkeley Springs cabin is perfect for a couple's getaway or a solo retreat. This well-equipped getaway offers an ideal location for peaceful rest or as a homebase for outdoor adventures. Ready to play pickleball? The court is ready for you, directly in front of the cabin. Enjoy the special views of the wooded property and Sleepy Creek Nature Preserve. Enjoy excursions to Cacapon State Park or downtown Berkeley Springs and then unwind with a barbeque, reading a book by the propane fireplace or gather at the firepit beneath the stars. An ourdoor table awaits your dining creations, and a roomy queen bedroom gives you nightly respite. Bringing some friends along? A pullout sofa bed is in the main area. Truly, the best spot may be drawing a chair up to the window and pondering the world.

    This cabin is situated on 35 acres of West Virginia heaven. It is approximately a 1/2 mile walk (drive) to the creek. Be aware that there are stairs to this upper level living. The entire lower level is the owner's personal garage and is not occupied. This cabin/barn is up and away from the other 3 cabins that are available on this 35 acre property.

    INDOOR LIVING: 2 Flat screen tv's, living area and bedroom, high ceilings, ceiling fans, en-suite bathroom
    KITCHEN: Full kitchen with coffee maker, dishware and flatware, refrigerator, microwave
    GENERAL: Free WiFi, air-conditioning, cable/satellite, complimentary toiletries, suitable for children
    ADDTIONAL ACCOMMODATIONS: 3 additional properties are available on-site, each with separate nightly rates, a 1 bedroom for 2 guests, a studio for 2 guests and a 3 bedroom for 8 guests. If you would like to reserve multiple units, please inquire for more information prior ti booking.

    NOTE: Owners live on an adjacent property approximately 1/2 mile away and their property is not visible from this property.

This is a wonderful retreat home. Beautifully decorated and comfortable, easy to find and the property has its own walking paths to enjoy. The owners were great with communicating and I had a wonderful stay. Look forward to the next time.

This place is great! Beautiful views, cozy rooms, secluded yet only 10 minutes from town. It’s a perfect place for a restorative time away. And shout out to Bill and Pat- they are wonderful hosts!

The photos are lovely, but the experience of being there is so much more. We loved it! It was so peaceful and lovely. We watched deer families every night and saw a fox as well. So wonderful to see them enjoy the woods with no fear. There was easy access to town and Cacapon. The area has plenty of opportunities. We met our hostess, Patricia,and found her to be a lovely and helpful lady. What an enjoyable stay.

One of the nicest places I ever stayed. Their attention to detail was incredible. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I loved waking up drinking my tea and watching the deer out in the yard. I highly recommend staying there. I can't wait to go back.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well maintained. The host truly thought of everything — from the little conveniences to the essentials, everything we could have needed was already there. It made the stay comfortable, relaxing, and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Everything inside was as described. I would let people know that the stairs are to the rental itself and not to the bedroom. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Many interesting antique items in the rental.

What a wonderful place to celebrate my husband's birthday along our 20th wedding anniversary! The property was absolutely gorgeous and the rental was well stocked with amenities. We had an amazing stay!

We had a relaxing stay at this cozy retreat. It was private, quiet, and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen were well stocked, and the grill outside was clean and ready to use. There are quaint places to eat in town if you'd rather dine out. The antique shops and local history made it a charming place to stay. We would stay here again.
