Whether you're relaxing in the elevated hot tub, swinging quietly in a chair, or sipping coffee with a panoramic view, Monte Vista is more than a getaway — it's an experience.



WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF HOT TUB



The guests agree to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage to the hot tub and/or property caused by the guests.



Guests further agree that everyone using a hot tub will shower and clean feet upon the use of the hot tub.



Furthermore, the agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub.



No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the tub, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.



Damage to a hot tub cover will result in a $400 charge. The cover should remain on the hot tub at all times when not in use. Guests agree that there will be no horseplay in the hot tub as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner.



Guests acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of the hot tub. Guests voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, personal injury, or property damage that may arise from the use of the hot tub. By using the hot tub guests agree to follow all house rules associated with it and release the host/property owner from any and all claims, liability, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the guests' use of the hot tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.



Guest Access:

Entire home was created for guests, washer and dryer are accessible. Red locked storage cabinet in laundry room as well as the garage on property are off limits.

The Neighborhood:

Morgan’s Ridge backs to the Cacapon State Park. Enjoy 18 hole golf course, horse back riding, lake with swim up beach, clay pigeon range, dining, mountain bike trails, a scenic over look and a beautifully newly renovated lodge.



Getting Around:

AWD vehicle is strongly recommend. Obey posted signage in the neighborhood. Entry gate code will be provided upon booking. Parking is plentiful at the property in a designated parking area as well as a circular driveway. Level 2 EV Charging on site.



Other Things to Note:

Bringing your own golf balls to hit off the mountain is strictly forbidden and will lead to immediate eviction without refund.

Guests can communicate through the app or with my property manager Stuart who lives in the neighborhood.
