Experience a relaxing getaway in this charming all inclusive doll house feel cottage home. Brookside Cottage is conveniently placed in downtown Berkeley Springs a quaint thro-back to a simpler place and time. An open concept offers a queen size bed, eletric fireplace, two sitting areas, a full kitchen with coffee bar, beautiful en-suite with jetted tub, TV, cable and WiFi. There’s a wonderful shared patio to take in some out door leisure’s. Most all activities and fine dining are within walking distance. A short strolland your enjoying Berkeley Springs state park. The cottage is centrally located in Berkeley Springs and was otherwise very comfortable—warm, well equipped with a full kitchen and snacks, and a comfortable bed. During our three-night stay, the main issue was limited hot water, with only about five minutes available at a time, which made showering difficult. The host was responsive, but the hot water limitation did impact the experience.

Great fall weekend getaway! Perfect little cottage for two. Both the bathroom and kitchen areas were new and clean. Nice queen-sized bed with comfy pillows. The cottage is right along the main street in town, walkable distance to shops, spas, and restaurants. A thoughtfully placed white noise machine lessens the traffic noise from the street. We slept great both nights. Highly recommended.

15th Anniversary

The cottage was comfortable and inviting. It is an ideal distance from town and in a lovely wood setting. Due to our food allergies, it was a nice way to be away from home with the security of our own food.

Perfect location, adorable cottage for two

The Brookside cottage was a great change from a hotel. Much nicer!!!!The cottage is located within walking distance of the shopping district in Bath. Clean, well-kept, comfortable, and plenty of space. The owners were available by message or phone and ready to answer questions. They even gave us recommendations on the flea market that we would have missed had they not. Highly recommend!

Fall getaway

Close to town, great location, nice selection of restaurants but the town shuts down early. Bath house and Atasia spa both very nice. Recommend a visit for a day or one night visit.

Enjoyed our stay!

Fun space, well supplied with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathroom. Very short walk to town. We found lots of outdoor dining. We enjoyed nearby hiking in Cacapon Park and biking on the Western Maryland Railtrail.

Fantastic stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The town is lovely and quite welcoming. The cottage was so cozy and cute. Very well stocked with necessities plus "extras" such as snacks and Kcups. The back patio by the creek was so relaxing and the daffodils were in full bloom!

This is an oh so cute and convenient bungalow! Did not expect the Jacuzzi tub. Appreciated the white nose machine to drown out traffic noise. Will stay again. Thank you.

Mother-Daughter Weekend Getaway

When we arrived at Brookside Cottage, we immediately fell in love. As soon as we entered the cottage, we knew we had chosen the right place to stay for the weekend. It's the perfect size for two! The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need. There were great additional touches like Keurig k-cups, individual creamers, snacks, and water. The table & chairs are a great addition to the kitchen and were a great little sitting area that we used often. The bathroom was also well stocked with essentials. The bedroom area is very spacious with a comfy bed, t.v. and electric fireplace. The ceiling fan and noise machine were both great additions as well. The cottage has plenty of windows so there's a lot of natural light. The decor and furniture completes the comfy & cozy feel of this cute cottage. Lastly, the outdoor patio has plenty of seating, a firepit and is surrounded by lots of trees. It was so relaxing listening to the stream directly off the patio. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Perfect and convenient!

Oh my where do I begin... The place is even better in person than on the pics. The bed was so cozy and I slept great. There were lots of pillows and the place had a great quiet vibe. The oversized tub was inviting! The entire cottage was immaculate. I walked to town for a cocktail and shopping, then back to the cottage. Cute town with great places to eat and shop. The springs were chilly, but I look forward to staying here again when I return in the summer!
