Beautiful property and Sunset Suite!

The Sunset Suite was perfect and the grounds were so calm and peaceful! It was only 5 minutes outside of Hermann, which was the perfect location. The owner, Richard, was very welcoming. We will stay here again and will recommend to everyone.

"Charming" is such an accurate description. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Our suite was lovely and comfortable and the property is just absolutely beautiful. We especially loved watching the swan on the lake. Highly recommended and we hope that some day we can return.

Highly recommend!

Stayed here with a friend for a weekend girls trip. The place was so clean you could eat off of the floors. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was amazing, and what a view! Very quiet area but close to wineries. Dakota, the dog, greeted us when we pulled up. He is a gentle giant. We will definitely stay here again.

The place is so cute and serene. Greeted by host Richard and his sweet dog Dakota, who escorted us everywhere! Farm fresh eggs and honey made a delicious meal! The farm is a working farm and it is beautiful! The only downside was Dakota is such a good guard dog he barked at everything that moved at night. Hope to stay again!

Relaxing Farm Stay: Close to Hermann!

Gorgeous working farm; friendly, responsive on-site owners; best guard dog of all time (Dakota!); top-notch fishing in the pond (bass & HUGE bluegill!); convenient to Hermann (10-15 mins) and all the shops, wineries and distilleries! The room is small/quaint but has what you need: bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and shared deck overlooking the scenic pond/lake. It was clean and comfortable. This is a place we will visit again, no doubt!

Beautiful property

The place was very nice and clean. Beautiful deck overlooking a pond and it was fun to walk around and see the animals. Dakota, the farm dog was very friendly, but kept us up barking a lot in the early hours of the morning. This is my only complaint, otherwise very nice place to stay.

Oktoberfest Getaway

Great location to both Hermann and New Haven, enjoyed the beautiful country setting. Adorable, very clean and quaint apartment that was perfect for just the two of us. We received a very warm welcome with an extra friendly touch of farm fresh eggs and honey. Loved Dakota, but didn’t enjoy his all night x2 barking…. He is a working dog, I get it…. It was the only part of the stay that wasn’t perfect!
