Our family-run guesthouse, home to six children and a dog, is a place full of warmth and life. Here, peace, nature, and a true sense of belonging come together with a warm, cheerful atmosphere.
We offer a spacious vacation apartment for up to 4 people, as well as double rooms with and without cooking facilities—all featuring a balcony or a magnificent mountain view.
The house also features a naturopathic and physical therapy practice, personal development programs, and a therapeutic area with an infrared cabin (20 EUR per session)
Traditionally and lovingly renovated with an alpine charm, many guests feel:

Our vacation apartment consists of two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, one of which can also be used as a couch.
The rooms are connected by a cozy living and dining area with a beautiful wooden corner bench and a spacious wooden table. The built-in kitchenette is practically equipped, including a dishwasher and a Thermomix.
A balcony with a magnificent view of nature invites you to relax—in the east-facing bedroom, you’ll even be woken up by the morning sun.
The apartment features a bathroom with a rain shower as well as an additional separate toilet.
Ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy peace, comfort, and nature.
Our Berghof guesthouse is situated in a quiet location on the southern slope in the Oed district near Bergen in Chiemgau. Enjoy the unobstructed view of the Hochfelln and the Maria Eck pilgrimage church—surrounded by nature and just a few houses.
The center of Bergen is only about 2.5 km away. Thanks to its central location, many tourist destinations are within easy reach: Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Reit im Winkl, Ruhpolding, and Inzell.
Lake Chiemsee is only about 12 km away and, with Fraueninsel, Herreninsel, and Prien, offers wonderful opportunities for day trips. Munich and Salzburg are easily accessible by car or train.
An ideal starting point for exploring the mountains, lakes, and culture of the Chiemgau region.

We are Anna-Maria and Markus Wagner, and together with our six children, we run our guesthouse in the Chiemgau region. We took over the house from our parents and have put our hearts into making it even better.
Our family also includes a dog, a cat, and chickens—life and nature are always a part of our daily experience here.
We love working where others go on vacation, and we’re always delighted to welcome friendly guests and enjoy wonderful encounters.
