    Our bright and welcoming vacation rental accommodates up to 2 people and features a spacious living and dining area as well as a cozy bedroom. The modern, high-quality built-in kitchen invites you to whip up culinary delights and spend cozy evenings.

    A Private Natural Oasis:
    Enjoy the fresh air and tranquility of the nature reserve on our spacious, enclosed terrace. A perfect place to relax, unwind, and experience nature to the fullest.

    Wellness for Body and Mind:
    Immerse yourself in pure relaxation in our 150-square-meter wellness area on the first floor. Three different saunas (Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and steam room) are at your disposal, along with a spacious relaxation room and a small fitness area. Free access offers you pure comfort—simply in your bathrobe, without having to leave the building.

    Practical amenities:
    You can also take advantage of our free Wi-Fi access in the house; please note, however, that Wi-Fi quality may vary due to island-specific fluctuations. A free outdoor parking space next to the house is also available to you.

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche kleine Wohnung sauber und gute Ausstattung. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Wir haben ihn auch genossen vor allen Dingen in den Balmer See zum Schwimmen nach dem Saunagang mit anschließenden Sprung in den See.

Eine ruhige, sehr saubere Unterkunft mit einer kleinen, aber recht schönen Sauna, die unkompliziert genutzt werden kann. Die Residenz liegt abseits des Touristentrubels und war für uns ein prima Ausgangspunkt für verschiedenste Radtouren. Wer der Verpflegung wegen nicht unterwegs sein möchte, sollte sich alles mitbringen, denn die nächsten Supermärkte befinden sich erst in ca. 15 km Entfernung.

Saubere , gepflegte Unterkunft. Mit allem soweit ausgestattet was man braucht. Balkon hätte sauberer/gepflegter sein können, Fenster hätten auch mal geputzt werden können, ansonsten alles okay gewesen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter vor Ort und auch am Telefon... weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Die ganze Ferienwohnung - Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alles ist sehr gut organisiert, so dass man sich schnell zurecht findet. Auch die Wohnung war sehr schön geschnitten mit einem großen Balkon einschließlich Gartenmöbel mit Auflagen. Die Residenz liegt direkt am Balmer See, so dass man direkt von der Unterbringung über einen Steg in den See steigen kann, wirklich genial . Und das Wetter hat bei uns auch mit gespielt . Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
