The Space:

The home includes amazing living spaces to accommodate everyone! On the first floor, there is a bunk room with 4 twin beds, a full bathroom, and a living room with a game table, providing ping pong, air hockey, and pool. The garage has a roomy workspace for tuning up bikes in between runs, and bike racks to keep your gear safe when you’re ready to take a break!

On the second floor, the kitchen and living space lets out to a spacious back porch with amazing views of the trail hub. This porch also hosts amazing outdoor seating and dining options, with a grill, fireplace, and a flat screen TV! Off of the kitchen is a half bathroom, and a king bedroom with its own in-room full bathroom.

The third floor offers the master king suite with a luxury bathroom and private porch. The third king bedroom also has its own in-room bathroom! Laundry facilities are on this floor as well.



Guest Access:

You will receive a door code on the day of your arrival. There is a shared driveway to access the home by car. You can park in the garage or on the street in front of the home. Parking in the shared driveway is prohibited by the HOA due to potential access issues for other residents.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, a literal step away from the Slaughter Pen trails system!



Getting Around:

Everything you could want from Bentonville is minutes away. 3 minutes to downtown, 8 minutes to Crystal Bridges, 3 minutes to Compton Gardens, 7 minutes to Coler, 6 minutes to the Momentary, and endless restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions anywhere in between!!!



Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at this property, but must be approved prior to your stay. Please reach out prior to booking if you plan to bring a pet! The pet fee does apply to all pets. The pet fee is $40 per pet, per stay. Your pet is not allowed on furniture at any time, and is required to be crated when left alone in the house. You will be fully responsible for cleaning up your pets waste out of the yard and extra fees will apply for any and damage left my your pet.

Please do keep in mind that this is a neighborhood, so although there is space between houses, please be respectful and keep the noise level to a minimum between 10pm-8am.

There is a camera located at the front door that is capable of recording video and audio at all times.
