Downtown Victorian Home - 1 Block from the Bentonville Square

Located just one block from the Bentonville Square, walk to shopping, museums, art galleries, coffee shops, and restaurants from the iconic, restored Victorian home, built in 1902. Also enjoy our wrap-around porch with the perfect view of downtown Bentonville.

This lovely home is ideal for business travelers, being just blocks from the Walmart Home Office and steps from Onyx Coffee, the Record, and numerous restaurants. We also have a dedicated home office, with a desk and high speed WiFi.

This is the famous Jackson House, on the National Register of Historic Places. This home is the finest example of Queen Anne architecture in NWA.

George P. Jackson worked at People's Bank as a teller, was over 6 ft tall, and was shot during a famous bank robbery in 1893. The bullet holes are still in the column at the corner of Bentonville Square. Nine years later, in 1902, he built and lived in this house.

We just loved our stay in this fabulous property. We appreciated the location--just steps from all the action in and around Bentonville Square, and we were particularly enamoured with, not only the house as a whole and its ambience, but also with the artwork, furnishings, and lighting fixtures. The bathroom was amazing and the beds very comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in the Bentonville area.
For a an early October visit, we were welcomed by the fellow sitting on the porch!

Game Day Weekend Getaway

We had a very relaxing stay. The house is comfortable, updated and very charming. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch and hanging out with our friends. The location was perfect! Just steps away from the Bentonville square.

Beautiful home in great location!

The beautiful and historic home/property is so close to downtown. It was convenient to walk to all the great restaurants, shops, Walmart museum, art galleries. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Check-in was simple. Safe neighborhood. We enjoyed relaxing on the front porch & cozy living room. We would definitely stay again!

Fabulous stay at wonderful location in Bentonville

We were here for a two night stay and couldn’t have been more pleased. The house is in a wonderful central location to downtown Bentonville and has terrific accommodations. Everything was great, and we definitely look forward to staying here again in the future. Highly recommend this as an alternative to stay in in a hotel for the same price.

Beautiful home , walking distance to everything in downtown

We had a great weekend . The house is charming , comfortable and the location could not be any better . We were able to walk to everything in downtown Bentonville - we walked the trail to Crystal Bridges , we arrived Friday and didn’t use our car the entire weekend . It was perfect . We had everything we needed at the house . Love all the history about the house . The bathroom is epic - best shower award for sure 👌 Thank you so much , we will be back !

Perfect location!

This house was just perfect for our weekend getaway. The house was so cute, and the location could not have been better. Very easy walking to the square and close to all the bike trails. It is perfect for two people. We will definitely stay here again!

Darling house a block from the Square

We stayed at this charming house the weekend of 10/7/2022-10/9/2022 and it was great. We normally stay at 21c, but it was booked. This listing is fairly new and didn’t have any reviews when we booked, but the photos and location looked so promising. So glad we took a chance. The location is perfect if you want to be able to walk to the Square, Crystal Bridges, Crepes Paulette, etc. We will definitely rebook and hope to be able to cook in the kitchen next time. The house is really nice, especially for the price point.

My wife and I thought the home was perfect in every way. Huge bedrooms. A study. Great living and dining rooms. New kitchen. Parking right next to the house. One block from town square. Just outstanding. And very reasonably priced. The only place I’d stay on a return trip. 5 out of 5. 10 out of 10.

Perfect location in Bentonville

The historical house in Bentonville is a gem. So perfect for two people. Big enough for more but just one and a half baths. Giant closet , gorgeous architectural details, plenty of at home essentials in the kitchen, comfy beds and soft towels. The front porch was a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We could walk to Crystal Bridges and many restaurants and stores. Thanks!
