This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is completely renovated with new appliances, flooring, master shower, and countertops. The cottage features 2 separate living spaces and an expansive, private, not fully fenced backyard with a covered patio and outdoor dining area. The cottage is 2 blocks away (within the neighborhood) from the Razorback greenway giving you access to biking and mountain biking trails. The garage accommodates bike storage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long visit in Bentonville and this home was a perfect location for us. It is roomy, beds are comfortable, the hosts are very attentive to guest’s needs and it is just a short walk or bike ride to the Razorback Greenway.

Property was as described, clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and arrived in approximately 10 minutes to observe the lights sporadically flickering. They replaced the bulbs the next day which resolved the issue. We would stay at their home again when in the area.

This was a perfect location for our Son’s wedding weekend. The house was exactly what we needed. Very clean, beds were comfortable, loved the extra Media room, quite neighborhood, just perfect. Hailey was amazing to work with. Will definitely stay here again. Great place to stay.

The rooms were larger than they looked in the pictures. The place was easy to keep straight and organized. Everyone said their beds were comfortable. The location was very convenient to major highways.

The home was very clean and spacious and very comfortable. We appreciated the ease of checking in and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend this property.

We came to Bentonville as a biking family with a mature dog. We loved the close proximity to the highway to explore different biking areas, yet also being able to get downtown easily.The bike storage in the garage was very convient with shelving to store helmets and bike tools. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and counter appliances for cooking. We utilized the grill out on the patio and I enjoyed my tea there every morning. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Walk-in closet in master bedroom was nice for keeping clothes organized outside of the suitcase!The dog loved lounging in the quiet backyard. We will definitely come back!
Lots of places to hike if you are not into biking.

We had a great stay; the location was close to bike trails and restaurants. The host was very responsive and help with everything we needed. The house was clean and lots of room.

Outerbike Bentonville Adventure

This place was a great home base for our Bentonville adventures! The accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and helped us with everything we needed. I'm going to keep this place on my list for future trips.

Relaxing getaway location.

Property was very well maintained. Location was perfect for access to local amenities. Comfortable and plenty of space to relax while not intruding on any co-inhabitors. Definitely a place for future consideration.

Good Location, Dirty Home

The location was good for MTB. Close to all trails. Prior reviews indicated the residence was clean. It was not, The refrigerator had spills on the shelves which I had to clean prior to placing items inside. The oven was filthy. There were fingerprints and smudges on the washer, dryer (stainless steel) and the rear sliding door. The kitchen lacked a cutting board(s), and a kitchen sink sponge. The home reeked of cigarette smoke, Though I don't expect windows to be cleaned every visit, it was clear the window sills, slider door tracks and side garage door tracks have not been cleaned in months if ever. The family room glass table had a film on it. The property listing is inaccurate. It specifically states "onsite parking options include a garage." 3/4 of the garage has been built into a room. There is 1/4 of the garage was used to store our bikes. The description also lists a playground. There is no playground on site. VRBO rules require that security cameras be listed in the property description. They are not. The yard is not fully fenced. When I booked I advised them I had a well behaved 14 yo 40 lb dog. The owners charged me twice for a pet fee, in two separate installments.

Nice house, great location

The house is conveniently located with easy access to the Razorback Greenway. Very clean home with updates. The entertainment/TV room was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
